Return visit just as nice!
This is the second time we have stayed at Persian Court. It is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The host is extremely responsive. Great place to relax and enjoy each other’s company while having a swim in the heated pool after a day of shelling or enjoying anything else the area has to offer. Neighborhood is quiet but very convenient to many restaurants and shops. We will go back again when we return to Marco!

Annual reset
Every year the 4 of us head south for a long weekend. We look forward to this EVERY year. This year- we wanted to go farther south than last because of the weather we’ve always had at Anna Maria island, Bradenton beach, Cape Coral and our times in California. Well we did it! The house was amazing. Clean, pictures are spot on and the pool was a delight. It was warm- like bath water! Much needed as the wind was cool! Everything is 4 min away. I’d say the only thing we found not correct what the owner left for us- is its $20.00 a day to park for the beach. Not $8.00 like he has in his binder. We’re adding on to our group and sadly we won’t be able to stay next year- but wish we could. It was perfect!

We had a great time! Everything is close by and the extras at this house were great! Beach towels, beach chairs, cart etc.. Also use of bicycles with helmets provided! Host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to be sure your stay is great

A jewel of a property!
We (four adult cousins) truly enjoyed our stay at Persian Ct! The property is immaculate and very comfortable. The house is beautiful and the pool and patio so inviting! You have everything you need at your fingertips! Beds were all comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped. Access was so easy, and inside was instantly welcoming! The communication with the host was stellar - quick and responsive! We would all go back again and made sure to make a note of the property for our next trip to Marco island and the 10,000 Islands! Quick trip to Marco!
My wife and I had a quick business trip to Marco, we booked this house for a few extra days post-trip and had a great time.
