This property was a pleasant surprise! We did not hear great things about Naples, but we were only there for one night before our flight out. The check-in was easy; the apartment was on the second floor, and the bathroom was beautiful! The location seemed to be on a popular strip; there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and soon after we arrived, there was some kind of parade, which was fun to see! Again, we were only here for one night but enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

It may be a little difficult to locate the hotel but after that you’ll need a cover and ear plugs to sleep. Other that, you’re in a great location to get every where Naples!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing public transport. There are lots of options for food right outside the hotel. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered really quickly via the Expedia app. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you for sleeping as Naples is a very busy city!

Amazing location, rooms were lovely, walls are a little thin but that didn’t cause any issues for us. Martina was very helpful even with our confusion over check in. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere central in walking distance of so many amenities

Good location and overall good experience. A few issues. Bath overflow plug was not connected, meaning we couldn't use the hot tub bath. Shower was also out of order. We were never told about these issues. We never saw a staff member during check in/out and never saw them during our stay.

Location is excellent! Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I booked 2 nights and stayed 5. Close to metro, restaurants, shopping and all the amazing sights. I walked everywhere. There is an elevator although there are a few steps to get to it. Napoli is a busy lively area and if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again.
