The workers are very friendly but the rooms are filthy. The shower head was so dirty we didn’t even shower. All around the tub was dirty as well, seemed like black mold. Thankfully we only stayed one night and flew out the following morning. Only great thing is the free shuttle to the airport. We personally wouldn’t stay again

Close to NRT airport. Free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. And the rooms are significantly more spacious than hotels in downtown Tokyo.

This hotel is very close to the hotel. There is a convenient store inside of the hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but clean.

Disappointed that I made reservation stating that we will arrive early morning at NRT to rest few hours til 3pm but yet was told we have to be out by noon even though we checked in at 9:30am!!

This was very close to the Narita Airport and served as a convenient stop over before catching my early flight. The triple room was also big and we only really needed the two double beds for two adults and two small kids below 6.

I like the free shuttle from airport. And it was very easy to access. It was hard to explore out side of hotel after settle in the hotel room. Food in the restaurant was little high with my opinion.
