One of the most spacious and luxurious homes in the Pier area, it boasts a large private parking area and a lush backyard perfect for family vacations or special events. The eight bedrooms feature brand-new, comfortable spring-mattress beds—no sleeper sofas or futons here! The house accommodates up to 20 guests, with air-conditioned comfort throughout. Each guest will sleep in fresh, clean linens, and every stay includes a full towel set for each person.

The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils for all your dining needs. In addition, a fabulous second-floor breakfast/coffee/wine bar kitchenette with a cozy lounge area provides an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Whether you choose to dine indoors or outside, this home offers plenty of space for making lasting memories. We also offer a curated list of excellent caterers and tent services to help you host a special event in the spacious backyard.

Outdoor living here is unbeatable—just a block from the beach! We provide a large, wheeled beach cart to transport your gear with ease, and back at the house, a large deck with ample dining space for the whole group awaits. A guest favorite is the tiled patio, nestled under the shade of a majestic maple tree. The property also features a top-of-the-line Weber grill, as well as a traditional model, perfect for cooking up summer meals. The second-floor deck and expansive backyard provide additional space for relaxation or outdoor games. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of a warm outdoor shower.
With wireless internet and large HDTVs throughout the home, your entertainment needs are covered. Stream movies or shows on any of the three large TVs, or relax with music in the air-conditioned living room or the cozy coffee bar area. Kids will love the "Angel Room," their own dedicated entertainment space.

This home is also designed to accommodate elderly guests with ease, featuring just three steps to the large deck and one more step into the first-floor kitchen entrance. The first-floor master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and adjoins a new laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large bathroom includes an easy-access walk-in shower—no need to step over a tub.
