"Absolutely beautiful hotel and very clean. However, check in was a bit of a hassle, the TV had this annoying habit of the screen saver constantly coming on while you're watching TV. NO netflix. Food was sub par for the high prices. Staff were very friendly."

"It's much better managed than when it was under Sheraton. The room had a lot of noises coming in from the street and club, even though I asked for a quiet room. The corridor was made of tile and transmitted a lot of noise when people walked by your unit (luggage, cleaning cart, etc.)."
