Felt like a college apartment
Location and affordability was the main deciding factor with this booking. Despite the additional deposit charged on top Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). The parking Accommodations did not allow us to park within the gated area consistently. On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.

Bedding was obviously not changed. Stained and hair on bedding so unfortunately when I got their late check in mind you and tired from a 12 hr drive I had to take all the bedding and wash it and have my kids sleep with their travel throw blankets for the first night. But other than the cleanliness of the place all and all it was a nice property/safe atmosphere. Which is always top priority being a single mom. I would definitely stay there again.

The place itself was good, but communications about the large deposit and process about what was needed to gain access was lacking....I was already charged and the money withdrawn and still spent 5 hours back and forth with the property managers just trying to get a door access code....and the payments weren't properly undated.

Loved our stay. Very clean! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The only issue was the walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from everywhere. However it did not cause a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again! Very reasonable in price.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.

Not perfect, but I would book again.
We had trouble getting in when we arrived. The code for the door didn't work, and phone calls to Abode were disconnected after the first ring. After some panic, we tried email, and we were in very quickly. Our stay was quiet, but I think what others have said about the lack of soundproofing is legit. The couch was totally not comfortable, so you might not be spending hours hanging out watching a movie, but that's not what Nashville is for. The unit was VERY clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Security was good, and the neighborhood is pretty nice, actually. There are some good restaurants nearby. I would stay there again.

This was affordable and I enjoyed the 2 bedroom option. They are cute apartments. The area is walkable and there are cute restaurants to pop Into on the way downtown. I would add mirrors in both bedrooms to make it easier to get ready and Roku TVS on the bedroom walls or a big canvas picture to cover the wall space.

The rooms are nice inside but it is a converted motel with no soundproofing between units. Lots of noise throughout the night from neighbors walking loudly overhead

Voyage en famille. Nous nous y sommes rendus en autobus à partir de l’aéroport. Une fois sur place, tous nos déplacements se sont fait à pied. Plusieurs restaurants proches à une bonne distance de marche du centre ville. Quartier tranquille . Chambre propre et la cuisinette super pratique pour préparer des repas. Accès à la laveuse/sécheuse ce qui peut etre pratique avec une famille. A notre arrivée, nous avons du faire appel au service du à une problématique avec notre code de porte. Tout s’est bien déroulé au téléphone et le problème a été réglé rapidement.
