At check-in, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, the bed's were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning up the room each morning. The outside of the property is a little dated, but clean. We would stay here again if in town.

The coffee maker was defective. It blew hot water and steam out instead of going into the cup.

Good for the price
The room was pretty comfortable. The carpet and AC smelled funny. And the AC was loud. The shampoo in the shower needed to be filled, but they did provide small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at the Best Western was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get to multiple locations around Nashville. The staff were friendly, and Eduardo made a great breakfast.

For the price you pay I think it was a very good deal, standard hotel room, bathroom was nice, breakfast was limited options but still nice (and free), and motel-like parking so I was able to park right outside my room which I liked!

It was a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable, but they really need to get better pillows. You put four pillows underneath you and it only feels like you only have a half a one other than that. Breakfast was great location was great..
