Check in was quick and easy. Front desk person was pleasant. Lobby is nice and they have free breakfast from 6am- 9am although we didn't check it out. Room was large and had a kitchen, loved that! Bathroom floor had some makeup on it. Not bad but I noticed and was able to clean it up easily. The shower curtain needs to be longer, water sprays out and the bathmat (towel) gets soaked. Did not like the surrounding area. There are people who hang out at the corner and the gas station, conducting "business". Not many stores or places to eat. It is a short ride to Downtown and there is a cool guy who runs the shuttle to Downtown. He is very reasonable with pricing. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Room was musty and mildew everywhere. so bad had to leave in the middle of the night for another hotel. Got back home had to take my girl friend to urgent care for breathing problems after staying there. Roach in the kitchenette area, bathroom floor was dirty and gross. And someone left black hair in the show. (I have grey hair). STAY FAR AWAY. The health department will be called. Also, I was not the only guest complaining about the mildew in the rooms.

The hallway did not seem vacuumed and there were many stains on the carpet. The room was ok but the bed wasn't super comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting, especially the shower. There was mildew all in the seams and corners of the shower and the grout in the tile floor. The faucet was leaking under the sink. The positive was the shuttle to downtown and back for $20 each way per couple.

Lobby had a terrible smell. Front desk couldn’t give a receipt because computer was down. Still don’t have a copy of the receipt that was suppose to be emailed to me. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6am and when we left at 6:15 no one in site! Room was not very clean at all!! Needs some serious work!!!

We didn’t end up staying one night. My husband suffered a severe allergic reaction to heavy scents used to freshen the air, both in the lobby and in the room. The staff offered a refund of two nights (which we haven’t seen yet), as we had to leave and book elsewhere for our entire stay. The property was surrounded by a chain link fence and the neighborhood was very sketchy. The taxi driver who drove us to our second hotel indicated that the neighborhood was not safe. The room itself was nicely furnished; however, the bathroom was terribly dirty.

I STAYED FOR 5 NIGHTS HERE AND IT WAS OK. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT UP CLEANLINESS STANDARDS AT ALL! SOAP SCUM, GRIME, AND SOME SORT OF BUILD UP ON THE SHOWER. THERE WAS SOUR, PAINT SMELL WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM. THE FLOOR WAS WET AND IT WAS PRETTY DUSTY IN THE ROOM. THE AIR/FAN LOOKED LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN WIPED/CLEANED IN A LONG TIME! ALSO, THE TV IS NOT A SMART TV SO YOU HAVE TO WATCH ONLY LOCAL CHANNELS. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TV ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER I CHECKED IN SO I CALL DOWN TO THE DESK BUT KNOW ONE EVER CAME RO CHECK IT OUT OR LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT! NEEDS MORE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST. OVERALL, THE HOTEL WAS OK BUT NEEDS SOME UPGRADES AND BETTER SANITATION IN THE ROOMS.
