Conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown Nashville and the gulch. Apartment was clean and complete with amenities including laundry and parking.

No normal TV stations. Everything streaming… Floors were dirty. Bed small and uncomfortable. Sofa was really uncomfortable. Pool was cold and shallow.. Kitchen was nice. Gathering area by pool was nice.

Placemakr was nice only complaint that I have is I Had a leak coming from closet ceiling got all of my clothes and shoes wet during my stay. And it did not get fixed while I was there.

The place is ok but is a bit drab and grey:corridors, the apartment etc. Apartment is quite dark not helped by dirty windows. Sofa uncomfortable and TV didn’t work unless you had apple account or Prime. We paid extra for a balcony but no balcony furniture so not worth it. Lots of construction work in the area and noise from south Broadway very noticeable especially at night. Quite a hike uphill from downtown but plenty of Ubers with price ranging $9 to $24 depending on time. Lots of hire Scooters and bicycles around too. Property staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved this property and would definitely stay again. It’s the perfect option in between a short term rental and a hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed to feel like we had a home from home. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location is great.

Way better than hotel, bigger and full kitchen. A bit of a walk to down town but one that can be done or use an Uber. Easy check in and out, would def stay again if visiting Nashville.

The front desk staff were fabulous. Friendly and there 24 hours a day to assist. The room was spacious and comfortable. Some more towel racks in the bathroom would be helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. The pool isn’t heated and doesn’t get much sun to warm the water but is a nice way to cool down after a day of walking.
