Worse place I’ve stayed in years.
The walk in closet had wet ceiling tiles, was greeted and told quiet time was at 10pm. My girls looked at me like they were crazy. Of course the tv wasn’t working properly at that time of the evening because it ran solely on internet. Apparently the entire place did. No parking on property without paying 40.00 per day. Parked on the street. Had to listen to the tenant above us all evening.

Great property that is close to Broadway and about 1 mile from 'the strip." Fairly close to Whole Food market. If you rent a car, parking was easy and safe with ample parking spots available. My request would be for more blankets in the unit (there was only one), put a TV in the room where the bed is (vs in the living room), and add better options for the TV (you were required to sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, HULU, etc accounts in order to watch any TV).

The apartment was very cute and convenient. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry in your room. The sofa and overhead light on the stove were broken and the bed was fairly uncomfortable. Other than that, the gym and pool were well kept. The location was in a quaint neighborhood. The apartment was quiet for the most part. Sucks to have to pay an extra $40/day for parking.

Stay was good. Location is a scooters ride away from downtown and 12 south neighborhood. Cutoff is 12am on the lime scooters. There is limited free parking on the streets around the hotel for cars. Which we used and put the saved money towards the scooters. Overall the apartment is clean where it matters like bathroom, kitchen, and bed. Corners and baseboards are dusty. Beds are little flimsy. The apartment style room was nice for a 4 night stay to make some meals. Hotel staff is kind. Not a perfect hotel but it

The area around the property is a little dingy, shut down business and sketchy streets. The property itself is decent. Overall seemed a little "cheap" but they were doing the best with what they have.

Love the independence we have with the code prior to arrival, the in-and-out liberty with parking and the full kitchen. In-suit washer/dryer is AMAZING, specially if you have young children. The oy thing, i regret paying for balcony since there are no seating chairs outside to enjoy. Walkable to the action, to grocery store and restaurant.
