The reason I am rating one star for this hotel on staff and service was entirely our experience with valet service on November 29th. Rude. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Uneducated. Unfocused. They had a significant other who had their attention.

The property appeared clean, welcoming, and in a great location. However, there was a gel clump in the shower.The shower water pressure was weak at best and the temperature was either very hot or very cold. The staff did not help unload our luggage when we arrived or find a cart for our luggage. They were mediocre friendly at best.Whenever I walked into the lobby the staff was on their phone or missing. I called to request room cleaning and waited for 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. We tried to cast our shows as advertised on the tv and were unable to do it. I called to request help and waited 10 minutes for a staff member to do it for me and was told there was a charge to cast to the tv. Later, we discovered the tv was old and out of date; which was why we couldn't cast with our phones. The price is outrageous for what you get. Everything is an extra charge. Southern Hospitality at its worst.

I’ve stayed in Nashville before and this was my favorite hotel yet! Quick walk to broadway or a gulch and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and activities close by!!

Great location! Walking distance to broadway, Bridgestone arena and country music hall of fame. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Easy check in and check out. Cute lounge bar with live music in the hotel but never actually sat to enjoy or tried the food so can’t comment on that. Laundry facility available. Nice restaurant/bar with good food and live music below the hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Only weird thing is the set up the bed is literally in the middle of the room. Would definitely stay again.

Great place I. Downtown!
Wonderful location in downtown so everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Our room was wonderful; set up very differently from normal hotel rooms and we loved it. Both the restaurant downstairs and the bar upstais had great food and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
