12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. Great area of Nashville to target
Mark and Scarlett were gracious hosts and very accessible. The place was clean and had a wonderful retro chic feel to it that matched the vibe of the neighborhood. My wife and I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Music City!

We had a short stay at this fantastic property. The check in was quick and easy. The property was clean, modern and very comfortable. The only place I have stayed that had a french press for the coffee !! A maintenance issue occured that was resloved quickly. The location was amazing. The 12 South area had great food and shopping. Downtown Nashville was 15 minutes away !! Excellent property with great responsive management.

Easy access including parking. Good location...lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to downtown. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in shower. The available laundry machines was appreciated! My only negative note...very minor...no coffee maker...there was a French Press to make coffee...but if you're not familiar with how to utilize to get a good cup of coffee, it is useless. Fortunately, plenty of coffee houses across the street.

Fantastic stay
This is a great little place. I traveled alone but it has plenty of space for one or two more people. I appreciate that the decor is stylish. The balcony is a great spot for coffee. The neighborhood is really cute with plenty of shopping and places to eat. Short Lyft rides to all my happenings near Broadway. Would rent here again.

A friend and I came for a conference. This was a great little town for a 1st timer visiting Nashville. The property was very nicely located and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe of the town. We were there for a convention/conference at Belmont University. So everything for us was within walking distance as well as catching a trolly for downtown Nashville. The place was well equipped. We slept great and we were both comfortable. Very clean. If you are challenged with stairs this could be a problem. We are in our 60's and neither of us are challenged with mobility. So it was perfect for us. Definitely coming back. Communication was good and helpful.

Nice condo in our favorite neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed. Walk out the door to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There is construction next door but we didn’t really hear it. Free parking in a dedicated lot was appreciated.

If you’re looking for a clean and comfy, stylish, and excellently-located place to stay, this is it. My husband and I were much more concerned with being in a safe area with good food in walking distance. This place was PERFECT, and I’m a very harsh critic of hotels and things. Can’t recommend it enough!
