The breakfast was the worst that we have ever had , didn’t have many options and wasn’t like a normal breakfast was all only eggs , cereal, toast and yogurt . The hotel was nice but very disappointed on the breakfast

We stopped at Element after booking on Expedia on our way back from New Mexico. Check-in was super quick and the 2nd shift clerk was so friendly & helpful (he was also impeccably dressed)! The hotel is very dog friendly and doesn't charge an insane amount extra either. The courtyard in One City Center was very cool too - it had a large green grass area for dogs. The queen studio was great - very clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed. Valet was easy and not unreasonable. They also had no issue with a late check out. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the neighborhood! The room and hotel interior are modern. I wish they made the bed everyday. We didn't ask or call for them to come everyday. but it would be nice when we come back to the room that it was tidied up.

Loved that they provide shuttle service to downtown. The staff were friendly and especially thankful for Bennie who helped with item I left in the room. The bed was too soft but everything else was excellent. Great stay.

It’s nice area, but the only thing is no self parking, and no coffee for customers in the lobby area. You have to wait till 7:00am before they have coffee for you in the lobby. Usually most hotel they always have coffee for customers anytime of the day in the lobby.

I can't say enough regarding how nice the staff was. We has an issue with the microwave and literally the service repair man was at our room within 5 mins and got it swapped out. Daniel at the front desk deserves 5 stars for helping out on additional booking of rooms, will highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay at!

The property is beautiful with cute shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly however, valet parking was confusing and at times took a long time to retrieve the car. There is no self-parking option and you must valet (36.00) a night which adds up after a 7-day stay.

Staycation felt like a luxury experience
Hotel was very cute and in a super cute area! The beds and pillows were soft and amazing the down comforters felt warm and snuggly! Mini fridge super cold and bathrooms nice and spacious. Breakfast was great the hotel was also equipped with a filter water system in the sink and in the lobby so good clean water is available for drinking at all times. You’re conveniently located to Broadway, but if that’s not your thing there’s cute bars, restaurants, gyms and smoothie bars connected. We loved it and will be back

Overall, our stay was nice. Rooms were clean, property was quiet. However, one little detail was a bit of a hassle. The hotel only offers Valet parking. You were not allowed to self park and valet parking was an additional $40 add on. There was also no place in the area to street park, nearby. That being the case, it was quite inconvenient in the morning when trying to get our vehicle from the valet service. The guys were nice and professional, but they did miss my text message asking for my car to be ready 30 min prior. In all we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our car to be ready for us to leave that morning.
