"Great Stay, But Cleanliness Could Improve"
**Review for Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown** Overall, I had a good stay at Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the amenities provided met expectations. However, I did encounter an issue with cleanliness—there was hair in the shower, and the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. While this was disappointing, it didn’t overshadow the rest of my experience. A bit more attention to detail in housekeeping would make this a perfect stay.

The room itself was very clean, and. The room was a good size. However, the front desk staffs were not very professional or helpful (except the lady who checked us in). They don’t seem like want to be there. The breakfast staffs were very nice. Also, the bar on the top roof is pretty bad, it’s next to the indoor poor, so all we could smelled was bleach and loud music, not very pleasant.

Amazing hotel 10 out of 10
Hotel was a wonderful stay for my family and I. Location was amazing, cleanliness, friendly staff, pool/happy hour was just a few of our highlights. Breakfast was good but omlets was where it was at!!! Also pro tip, park across the street where the country hall of fame is, cost me 60$ for 2 nights instead of the 75$ for the one night of valet.

Terrible Valet Service
The room was very nice. But the terrible valet service ruined the whole stay. We called ahead to get our car and it took over 1/2 hour after our requested time. They also gave us the wrong key fob. They went into our car and brought out a bage to give to someone else. If i hadn't noticed my bag being carried around, I don't know if i would have ever got it back. We ere told that they had to wait to move over cars before they could get to ours. When I complained to the valet person, i was told they weren't doing these things on purpose and they had over 500 cars to deal with. No appology. The worst valet experience we've ever had.

We were celebrating our 34th Wedding anniversary and Embassy suites did not disappoint. The wife was extremely pleased with every aspect of the hotel. especially with the view from the 25th floor. The breakfast was A plus also. Hope to stay again one day

I did not appreciate the fact that there was no mention of the lack of free parking for the hotel. I found out after checking in that i could pay $65 a day for valet or use one of the city lots which would charge me every time qe wanted to come and go.

Booked a King Suite with a City View. They gave me a handicap double queen room with a crappy view, then lied to me saying that they had overbooked. Later found out that another couple we went with got an upgrade to a king suite with a city view, so obviously they had not "overbooked"

While the property itself was lovely, the parking is an absolute cluster. We got to the hotel 2 hours before the concert we’d come into town to see. We waited so long in line for valet parking that we ditched the parking and going into the hotel so we wouldn’t miss our concert. When we got back to the hotel after the concert, at 10:30pm the line to get into the valet parking was so long that a traffic cop had to be directing traffic on the street in front of the Embassy Suites and we didn’t get into the hotel until after 11pm When we got to the valet parking area this morning we were informed that our car, parked in their overflow lot, had been broken into and the window smashed. 25 mins later, when we finally received our car back from valet, the back passenger side window was smashed in. We asked the front desk for a vacuum so we could get the glass out and safely sit in the car. It took over an hour to get the vacuum! As I said, the hotel was nice…the experience as a whole, not so great
