Staff was excellent from valet to front desk. Love the decor of the property. We dined at the Grange for breakfast and it was delicious. Wife loved the coffee and our server gave us a complimentary bag. Only issue was the sound proofing from street noise. We were on the 15th floor and could still hear the rice burners running up and down broadway.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They made sure to answer any questions that we had. The property and the room was clean. I loved all the activies and photo props they had for Christmas. The only downside is that they are valet only ($60/night; $70 for oversized vehicles). My husband and I decided to park at a close parking garage and walk over. Other than that, we had a memorable time and plan to visit again.
