I asked five for extra pillows of blankets. Both times it took them exceptionally to long. Our AC was not working and no one come to the room the look at it. They didn’t offer to move us either

I really appreciate the team at the other Hilton Nashville airport allowing us to cancel and rebook to your hotel outside the policy because of my mother being handicapped. This made the end of the trip a lot simpler for her and I to have to navigate this morning. Also I appreciate the security team getting a wheelchair and helping her to the airport. It was a really great stay all around with the view on the top level and the food we had. Thank you all.

Health at the Nashville airport is legit
this hotel was legit… Annie at the front desk was really helpful. Even the room service food that came in a to go. Container tasted really good.

Even though this is at the airport, it was a very piece full rest before my flight. Extremely convenient to walk to the main lobby and across the bridge to the TSA and then on through. I will absolutely stay here again!
