Terrible. Reserved housekeeping 2 days in a row. No one ever came. No fresh towels. Breakfast was paid for with my room. It was terrible.

It was an awful experience. This was my fourth stay here and this place has totally went downhill! The linens were dirty so they gave us a new room. Get to new room and linens were dirty. Staff was supposed to come and change linens after 4 hours we came back to room to dirty linens. They had manager himself come up and take pictures and put new linens on the bed himself. After all that they weren’t perfect but at this point we were over it. The bathroom had mold on tub and walls and bathroom towels were dirty. They did not want to compensate for our experience. To make matters worse our other family members rooms had the same issues. Total of 4 rooms. Absolutely unacceptable!

Great location, the pool was a bit dirty from the construction in the area but they were doing their best to skim it. Breakfast was a great bonus; there was way more of a selection than I was expecting!

The Holiday Inn Express is a decent motel to stay at while visiting Nashville. It is close to downtown action which makes it walkable. The free breakfast gave us a great start to the day. There is an outdoor pool, which is decent. Between the hours of 4-7, there is entertainment in the lobby which was nice an relaxing. Along with that, there is a small choice of food to nibble on. During our 4-day stay, our room only got cleaned on our second-last day, but we just asked the cleaning staff for a change of towels when needed.
