Staff was amazing!!!! From when we got out of the Uber to when we left for the airport. The service of a ride to Broadway and to be picked up as well! Will be staying here the next visit

The Holiday Inn Nashville near Broadway was excellent. Very comfortable rooms. Very convenient to walk or ride on the hotel's golf cart to Broadway. Nice to have parking on the property. Would stay again.

the hotel is nice and centrally located, but housekeeping never cleaned our room and never gave us fresh towels. Also, they gave us one bed when we requested two.

We stayed here with for a birthday down in Nashville it’s literally so close to everything. So glad we stayed here. Every staff member we encountered had amazing customer service and always had a smile on their faces. It also has a shuttle golf cart to get you close to the Broadway fun! Chase was always super quick with picking us up when we called the shuttle service and he was sweet!!! He was literally the best. He left an everlasting mark on our best memories in Nashville.

just so so....
The bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. The beds felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. There were no prices displayed on food/drink convenience store shelves. The elevators were slooooooooow. Not worth the $300 a night in shoulder season.

Property was great. Was all paid in full in advance I THOUGHT. Daily "Resort Fee" appeared on my credit card after the stay. Hidden fees are not cool when budgeting.
