My husband and I only stayed for 8 hours overnight for a flight in BNA. Overall the stay was good. Didn’t stay long enough to find any complaints except the shower head had water leaking from the sides, so the water was getting all over the floor. The staff was nice checking in and out.

I can review this property as I stayed for several weeks for work . The people are great , the house keeping is quiet, the hotel is quiet ( I never had one noisy night) , the breakfast is good ( hot ) , and it’s relatively clean .

Room smelled like pet urine and wasn’t very clean. Staff was not very kind. Whomever checked us in didn’t greet us and hardly said anything. Breakfast staff was rude and acted inconvenienced when I asked for a fork because they were all gone.

Not a fancy place and there are disrepairs here and there. However, I loved my stay. It feels very safe. It's clean. Breakfast is tended to by a very sweet lady and they have amazing waffles. The staff is A super friendly!
