Only issue was rooms were not available when we arrived which was 3:45 pm...not a big deal but 3 rooms had to wait....staff stepped up and got them ready quickly...breakfast staff was outatanding in getting food out early on the weekend...

The hotel room really badly needs updating. The woodwork on the sinks show lots of wear. The bathtub was scratched and rusted (Room 210). The wallpaper near the window was hanging from the ceiling. For the price we paid, I was expecting more.

The front desk receptionist (Joanna) was very nice, friendly, professional and accommodating. The king size suite was lovely. It was nothing I didn't like besides the price could of been a little less. But all in all, a great experience.

We had bed bugs in our room. We woke up and got packed and head down for breakfast and the breakfast just old and lacked flavor. I guess it is hotel breakfast but still the biscuits were hard and stale tasting along with the bagel. The yogurt was spoiled. When we got dressed we noticed tons of little bites on our legs and after looking it up it was bed bug bites. When we checked in the front desk lady was rude. She put us on the second floor and all we heard all night was a dog barking and the people above us pushing furniture around and stomping. My husband only got 3 hours of sleep because of it. We were traveling by ourselves with no children or animals. So I’m not sure why we got put on the second floor when they were putting children and sketchy people on the 4th. This place although looks nice and is in a good area everything else was just not it. The bed bugs really sealed the deal for the bad rating. I try to be fair and reasonable but that’s just poor cleaning at that point.

I had booked a suite and didn’t end up with one. Beds are like 1 inch of cushion until you hit hard wood and the pillows are paper thin
