Our stay was great aside from being woke up by the fire alarm at 5am and then it continuing to go off every 15 to 20 mins until 8am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Stay at the Anti-Resort.
First impression, the building had almost a storage unit complex vibe, long non-descript hallways with doors and little else. Opening the door to the room was a revelation, however. The room (more accurately an entire 1 bedroom apartment) was immaculate. I spilled water on the kitchen floor and wiped it up with paper towels and the towels were still almost perfectly white! The bed was extremely comfy and the kitchen/LR/bath all exceeded expectations. Only critique: even the lowest setting on the ceiling fan in the BR was too fast. Overall, if you're looking for a great home away from home stay in Nashville and don't care about resort amenities I strongly recommend Mint House.

The property was centrally located, staff extra friendly, nice space very spacious. The only negative was having to wait the next day for service to fix shower/tube.
