The check in process was excellent. We had no problems checking in at 11:45 pm. The room was spacious and clean and had large appliances washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher. The area is safe and walkable

The property is nice. The room was nice but when we arrived, the gal at the desk said we couldn't check in until 4 unless we wanted to pay an extra $50. We said we'd wait. We took a walk around the area, the rain moved in so we waited in the lobby. Other people randomly were coming in and getting checked in and not once did she mention the fee for checking in early for anyone else. At 3:45 I decide to go to the car and bring in our luggage and as I'm walking out the gal behind the desk wishes me a good day. I'm like, I've been waiting to check in and I'm going out to grab our luggage. Once I came back she checked us in but I don't understand why no one else had to pay extra for their early check in. Checking out, a different lady was at the desk and looked at us and never smiled, made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. On the plus side, the shower head was the best I've ever experienced! Would we stay again? Possibly. I would hope that the personal would be much more friendly and consistent in the future.

One of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. The hotel has everything— pool, gym, two tvs in my room, coffee in my room, nice store in the lobby, brand new, artsy, clean and nice staff. I would love to come back here again. Nashville is fun and this place is in a great location.

Great but freezing
The room was amazing as was the lobby and staff. Valet parking was nice but expensive. However our room was freezing, the heat did not work, which I didn’t realize til I woke up at 5:30 and it was 59 degrees. I’ll stay again but will make sure it works before bed.

It was in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far out of the action. There were restaurants nearby for all meals (coffee and breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner).
