Overall my stay was great, easy to get in and out, the property was clean, pretty, the staff was great. However I was overcharged after checkout by $65.55 in valet fees, which were already charged in the main checkout. Tried to call the hotel and was on hold for entirely too long and did not get a call back.

When we arrived and waited a few minutes, my husband had to go to the valley and ask for service instead of them coming up to us. However, the check in service was wonderful! The hotel & rooms were beautiful & clean. They do need to add some door mold bumpers to the rooms so you can’t hear the doors slam constantly.
