The front desk male on duty (Caucasian with body ink) was smoking outside the office and when he saw us going to the office he went in. He was not engaged, not polite, cut and dry, I had to greet him and his response was "Hi". We carry on to the room, it smelled really bad, humidity-musty smell, no hand soap, very small (booked a double bed room, the beds are full size). The only positive side was that the housekeepers were very polite and kind, also that the airport is 7 minutes from the hotel.

Some of the staff was less than helpful, we were picked up at the airport by a guy that was a terrible driver, they charged us for a late checkout, and there was some shady business going on outside.
