The Sonder was very close to where I needed to go, Vanderbilt Medical Center. Good location. Room was very clean. All the codes needed and getting them to work was not good as the instructions weren't quite clear, such as using the palm part. Also, once I parked, a sign read "you must have a parking ticket to gain pedestrian access back into building." After 25 minutes, I finally had someone wait inside the door when I went out to see if I could get back in, which I could. Maybe it meant after 11 pm? Have no idea. Several people tried to help me get elevator code work as I rode up and down. Finally, it worked.Again, I appreciate the location and cleanliness, but this will be my last time trying the Sonder.

This was my second stay at this property. The first one was more enjoyable. To no fault of the property we had very loud neighbors above us. The property was notified and they advised they sent the people warning about their noise level. I can’t say it solved the problem. The hallways were quite worn and looked dirty. The chairs around the pool area are in desperate need of replacement. The unit itself is nicely appointed and served our needs. The only thing we thought was funny was the lack of shelving in the shower. Any soaps or shampoos/etc had to put on the shower floor or taken out of the shower when you were done. The neighborhood is moderately quiet for a city. The typical sirens and traffic noise throughout the night. It is very close to Vanderbilt and a cheap Uber down to Broadway. Overall a fine place to stay, but with a little effort it could be a great one.

Inside property was clean, outside was pretty gross... Discarded food and trash everywhere. Room for did not close all the way. Internet did not work first day. Had tried to get a refund when my itinerary changed. Told no refunds. What hotel does not give refunds over a month in advance?

Great stay in Nashville
Great apartment located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and all that wonderful country music! Parking downtown is expensive so we left our car in the parking garage and took Lyft back & forth - so easy and much cheaper! The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay - cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and even a washer & dryer! Bring your own laundry detergent. The building is very quiet but we heard the occasional sirens down on the streets. We’d stay there again. There were a few restaurants and coffee close by!

The property is located in a lovely convenient area, the unit is nicely laid out and modern however the hallways (stained carpet) and the individual unit was not clean (bathroom, towels and living room rug).

Easy property to stay at with easy booking and location. Bus stop is right outside and it is walkable to Broadway, Midtown and Belmont areas. Weather was rainy but we were able to sit around pool area one evening. Pool is shallow and needed a bit of a cleaning. Gym had the standard equipment and was in decent shape. Overall good spot for the price.

This building is very walkable to local shops, dining, and parks. I loved having an apartment for my stay and not just a hotel room. Having a washer and dryer is so helpful and convenient. The parking lot situation was unclear.

Room was easy to check into, was in a cute area, with lots of shops to explore. The building carpets aren’t in great condition, and the room was definitely not as clean as it could be. Looked like drink stains and sticky residue on the counter. Pull out couch was awful to sit on so can only imagine if someone would have to sleep on it. But overall the price was good for what you get and the stay was enjoyable. I would stay again.

Sonder was nice. There were updates needed like the hallway carpet was pretty gross. Once inside the unit, it was super nice. There was mold in the conditioner so maybe bring your own but the unit was really nice.

Nice room, don't stay if coming by car. The rooms are pleasant, the pool so freezing cold (even in direct sunlight) that when we went to use it we were not the only ones to stick a toe in and start to shiver. But the parking arrangement. Awful. This could be excellent - it has a car park right under the building. But the admin from Sonder is shockingly bad. Firstly, they keep sending you emails saying "fill in this form with your car details to stop it being towed". You fill in the form. The next day they email you to tell you to complete the form. You fill it in again. And then they email you to tell you to complete the form. So you ask them what is going on, and they tell you to complete the form. You use live chat who (in a bored and exasperated manner) tells you eventually that the car is registered - THEN overnight you get an email telling you to complete the form and a threat that they will tow your car if it is not filled in. No one on site to talk to at all other than cleaners (office unmanned). We went down twice a day to check the car hadn't been towed. And I almost forgot (this was 3/5 when I started), it's 1/5 - they insist you download an app. Avoid SONDER - useless customer service and an app. Happy you asked for a review now are you?

Doesn't look like the pictures.
It was run down and didnt look like the pictures. The carpet was stained and the couch also had stains. There was a weird noise when we turned the air conditioner on each night. The pool area also looked like it needed a little attention. It needs to be refreshed, fresh coat of paint, maintenance of over all property. The halls smelled pretty musty too.
