We liked the proximity to the highway and food options after a long day of driving. We didn't like the bed that had multiple different types of hair on it and bits of food, and the fact that all of the furniture looked like frat house furniture (beat up and nasty). We were able to get a new room which had a cleaner bed so I give the front desk workers props for that.

Why is checkin 4pm instead of 3pm? I paid three dollars forca laundry machine and it took my money and would not run. You have to pay through a app so no hotel staff can help or return your money.

It was an okay stay. First night I seen bugs once I turned the shower on so I was really uncomfortable. I was moved to another room and didn’t sleep good due to me feeling like I would see another bug.

Our key card didn’t work the 3rd day. It was not our keys. It took about 30 minutes and multiple attempts to get us back into our room. The staff was nice and let us use another room while we waited. They have attempted to update parts of the room, but could use new carpet.

I actually didn't complete my stay here. I checked in, saw the room and it smelled and looked terribly old. It's a dump. Decided to go find another hotel to stay in, because there was no way I was staying there. Read the reviews on Google before you book. I wish i had.

While the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the hotel did not meet our standard of cleanliness. The first room we were placed in reeked of smoke and had a dirty towel handing behind the bathroom door. They moved us to a second room which did not smell, but was also not super clean. The hotel is older and definitely needs improvements. Bed was comfortable and clean, but I would not stay again.

Good location and price. Front desk was friendly but the rooms were pretty gross. Very dusty and the filter in the AC needs to be changed. I guarantee there is mold because I woke up with a very sore throat and cough. The whole room just felt grimy.

The cutest, cleanest room. We were comfortable immediately. Will definitely stay here again. Not to mention the area is amazing with literally everything nearby.

Room was nice and clean. I love that is was a lot like a studio apartment with a stove top and a full size refrigerator. The only small issue I had was the toilet wasn't flushing that good. Checking in was smooth going. The lady checking me in even recommended a place to get food.

This was a nice hotel, slightly dated but clean. Our room, 226, had a very poor looking ceiling over the bed and at the window where the curtains hung. It looked like substantial water damage with cracking of the drywall finish, especially at the window. Bathroom counters and mirror were older with wear snd tear but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full refrigerator and mini kitchen.

Evening/night staff was very unprofessional. When asking a reservation related question, I was responded to from behind a desk and the checkout inquiry was never answered. The door to my room was hard to open and close. The rooms body wash dispenser was empty, room smelled like it had not been ventilated and staff never came by to clean or even offer fresh towels. Needless to say, service was terrible.

Good value hotel outside Nashville
The room was spacious with a living area, desk, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt better than a Sleep Inn, but maybe not as good as a Hampton Inn - in cleanliness and amenities. Definitely larger. There were some minor maintenance issues that didn’t really impact the stay but showed some age on the property. The location is quiet and away from the busyness of the interstate. I could hear louder guests in adjoining rooms but not after about 9:30 pm so it didn’t impact sleeping. Overall, it’s an above average hotel for the price point. Only 15 mins from downtown Nashville.
