Our location is also located very close to downtown Historic Franklin which is considered one of the best hidden gems in the country.

Perfect quiet place to stay while visiting the Nashville area!
We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was comfortable and spacious for our friend group of six to stay for four nights. The house is split like a duplex. So, if you're in the living room, you can hear people in the other side coming and going, but otherwise we couldn't tell anyone was next door. The owner walked by as we were sitting on the front porch and we talked a bit. Very personable, friendly, and honest! I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay if you're visiting the Nashville/Franklin area for a few days!

Perfect Franklin Stay
Great location. Sheets and pillows comfy. House could have used a few more pans and condiments but all the great things about the home and the hostess completely made the trip special. Easy check in and out. Host was super helpful and friendly and quick to respond and accommodating! Decor was well done anti felt very much like home; spacious and luxurious!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house! It was clean, exactly as the pictures depicted and in the perfect location. We were so close to downtown Franklin and 25 minutes to downtown Nashville. The beds were comfortable, each room was well equipped for guests as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. 10/10 stay and will definitely return!
