It was lovely stay. I tried to get some herbal tea and Concierge told me there was no peppermint tea available, which I thought was strange. My husband said that EVERY Time he called for the car we were Required to tip. Not cool, as there was a problem with our car one time and we had to wait for the Valet to show up a couple of times. We tip for Good service by choice please!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking is problematic if you need a EV charger. The hotel states it has EV charging. If you need EV charging, I suggest you stay elsewhere. I don’t know if the EV charger was there before valet was sectioned off or the other way around. Either way, it’s a bad location. You can’t access it, and the valet staff (and hotel staff) don’t know how to manage parking and charging. Upon arrival, we were shown where to park/find the charger even though it’s in the valet area. My husband had an issue and found his way to the front desk. They pointed us back to valet who also couldn’t help. We also needed the valet to show us how to get back to our vehicle because it still had our bags. We had to get up early to disconnect charging and avoid additional charges for being connected/parked once fully charged. Again, it’s in a secure area not meant for guests. We went the same way we were shown by the valet. When we checked out, we again accessed the vehicle (at this point we knew the way) and were confronted with the morning valet who questioned what we were doing and how we were able to access the space. I’ll spare you the rest of the difficulties. Let’s call it what it was… less than an ideal experience. I would stay here again if I have other charging arrangements in place. I would not stay here again if EV charging is a deal breaker.

We were made to stay off property for our first night reasons unknown. Then made to walk with luggage multiple trips to get to the hotel. Our night was paid for at the offsite property however no other compensation were offered. Asked for a simple late checkout and was told no. The fact we were put in the inconvenient situation was not our fault and should have been offered more. But we’re given nothing. The fact that we had called to confirm our room as we were going to be arriving late then get called and told we would be placed elsewhere at 1045pm was completely unsatisfactory and will make me reconsider ever using a Hilton property again!

DD is hands down the best part of the tempo hotel group. He is a parking attendant and does an excellent job at helping you feel welcome and helping have a good time! He had excellent recommendations as well!
