This is a very simple, clean space made and decorated with love for our families, who travel to meet and live new experiences.

Our blue guest house is special for those who want to spend a special moment and be with family, as well as travel through the Murfreesboro-Nashville area to other states or cities, since we are at:

40 minutes from downtown Nashville

35 minutes from Nashville International Airport

13 minutes we have a mall called The Avenue Murfreesboro

Our blue house is private with a separate entrance, self-check-in, and free parking.

The house has a full kitchen that contains furniture for our guests to store their food, an espresso machine (coffee, cream, chocolate, tea of ​​different flavors, sugar), basic utensils to prepare food, plates, glass glasses, Cooler , wine glasses. , toaster and microwave, to make you feel at home. It has a room to talk and watch television with the family, it has a dining table where you can enjoy the delicious food prepared in the kitchen, it has 3 beautiful rooms with a queen size bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, an excellent 32 "modern television (free channels), each room has a closet to store your luggage. Our parking lot is located on the right side of the house, near the mailbox and the entrance. Street parking is also allowed but not recommended. Parking is only for 2 cars one behind the other. It is not allowed in the parking lot on the grass. Visitors and parties are not allowed.

Perfect Stay With Friends
Perfect stay for us & friends attending an event at MTSU. The blue house has lots of space & privacy with the 3 separate bedrooms (especially great in our case, as we were with friends). Shopping & restaurants are close by. Nashville is about 40 minutes away and so Easy to get to!easy

Very nice stay despite the tiny ants.
Very clean house. Nice location. No porch or patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. Had to use kitchen table chairs to sit outside. Lots of tiny ants inside the house. Just needs a little ant treatment to solve that problem. Bedrooms were nice size. I would stay again, but wife says heck no. Could go from nice to great with very minor improvements.

The overall stay was very nice. The only concern my husband and I had was the yard, when we arrived the grass was very high. That was our first impression it was not very good. The yard, grass is the first thing that people will see. The inside of the house was awesome, very clean and perfectly out together. Someone did show up on Saturday to cut the grass,

Had a comfortable one night stay. Only disappointment being host boasted a hot tub which we were looking forward to but there wasn’t one and there is an abundance of ants throughout the dwelling. Perhaps an exterminator would help.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was perfect!! Rebecca was a great honest and easy to communicate with. I asked for an early check in and she was able to accommodate! Very clean, modern, comfortable. I suggest hand rails on steps to porch. Neighborhood was close to being a little iffy--heard gunshots one night. High traffic--very noisy. I will pick a different location next time, but the house itself was great.

Relaxing Weekend
I had business in Murfreesboro and my Mother wanted to travel with me. I am so grateful that houses like this are available for a more comfortable travel experience. The Blue House was clean, comfortable and decorated perfectly. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to spend more time in the area. Great rental!
This house is exactly as described and pictured. It was a nice little place to stay. I love that all three dolls have the same sized beds. I do wish the check out instructions and Wi-Fi information was posted somewhere inside the house. The instructions are only noted on the posting that you have to dig for and even though I spoke with the host when I had to ask for the code to get in, I wasn’t given any other info aside from that.

Didn’t get code to get into house until late. Internet code was not available u til after arrival. TV programs not local finally gave up watching. Needs to be treated for ants!!! Need to have a ‘cheat sheet’ inside for Internet connection TV operation etc. Noisy neighborhood.
