Downstairs are four eating areas, a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and coffee bar, as well as an open firepit outdoors. We are seated on a 2000 sq-ft space that hosts 22+ guests comfortably. We are the perfect host for affordable parties, teen and adult slumber parties, couples’ getaways, book club meetings, support group meetings, staycations, personal retreats, social meeting spaces -- a venue for warm gatherings that spark positive vibes and memorable experiences.
We have amenities and appliances (almost everything you need) to create the vacation that surpasses all others in terms of catering to your preferences and your dreams.
We take your personal comfort seriously. Menus and services are available at the asking, including concierge services and personal services.

Boro Breeze provides guests with a full kitchen and appliances (coffee bar, blender, kettle, air fryer, crock pot, ice maker, bottled water, snacks, kitchen supplies, dishware, utensils, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc), dining areas, a sitting room with gas fireplace, lounge, work spaces, patio / fenced backyard and fire pit. The bath/shower combo is located on the second floor with the lounge and guest rooms. The backyard is under landscape overhaul and there is lots of room for outdoor play.

The property at Boro Breeze is divided into three separate units, each with their own entrance. One unit is a long-term rental. The second unit is the unique island oasis and short-term rental which occupies the largest area of the property, and that we call Boro Breeze.
We invite our guests to enjoy nightly bookings of the vacation rental space for parties, get togethers, teen slumber parties and other group accommodations, as the short-term rental sleeps 7-8 guests comfortably. We also encourage couples and solo vacationers in need of a restful and peaceful getaway to come stay with us and feel pampered and transported during your stay.
