The hotel is beautiful and the location is just great! The restaurant 1799 is a must.. The food was so delicious and the service is incredible.. This is a must stay if you attend the Dickens Christmas, it was just a wonderful. Everyone that worked in the hotel was just so friendly and wonderful. This is a must go to hotel and city!! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The service was outstanding. The room itself wasn’t as clean as I like for it to be. There was spills on bottom of bed and the mildew in bathroom was pretty bad. There was no microwave in room. With paying the price of room per night I would have thought we would have one.
