Great hotel, friendly staff. Loved the 1799 restaurant, bar and McGavocks Coffee shop. There was a rare winter storm while we were there and everything stayed open inside the hotel while everything else was closed in town which was great. Will definitely stay here again

Christmas in Franklin
Pros: location, decorations, proximity to shops and restaurants, easy parking down the street. Friendly staff Cons: room didn’t get cleaned even though we were gone from 10-4. Had to go ask for more clean towels. Lobby restrooms were disgusting…toilets overflowing and dirty.
