The staff is amazing. The food was ok. Our flight arrived late, no food anywhere at breezes, not even a vending machine. It would be helpful if accommodations were made for late arrivals. We were starved as we left home at 5:30 a.m. that morning. Another thing that would be helpful is a complimentary package for items left at home., i.e., toothbrush, razor, toothpaste. Just a suggestion.

What is unique is the opportunity to walk to the casino, easy access to downtown, taxis are available to take you anywhere. There are tours that you can take advantage of. If you plan to stay on the resort, there is entertainment day or night. Beach is very clean and beautiful. Bathrooms have been upgraded, very clean. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The property was lovely and kept very clean, and the staff were mostly helpful and friendly with a few exceptions. The food in the restaurants and the general buffet was very good, plentiful, and enjoyable. The rooms and vents are not as sound-preventive as would be preferred and the property is a little bit worn, but it was wonderful to have the beach right there and use of the pool area, if desired, and it was a very enjoyable stay overall!

This property was aged and the furniture was chipped, faded, worn, dated. My tv was small, the bathroom had no ventilation, had to ask for do not disturb sign. The pool area is a ghost town after a certain hour. Longe furniture at pool has limited padding, so you lay on hard plastic. The saving grace the food.

7 nights in hell. This place has a strong smell of mold especially the rooms. Rooms are extremely out dated. The pipes in the bathroom are leaking. The AC does not work the room constantly gets hot through out the night. Cleaning service is terrible they do not change the pillow cases, pillows or sheets, but fear not they turn them around so you don’t notice. We found garbage in the night stand I’m assuming from a previous resident. There is mold on the pillows we had to buy our own pillows to sleep on. This place needs new management ASAP. Everyone I’ve spoken too all have the same issues the main one being MOLD in the building

I knew what I was getting into prior to departure; however, I was not expecting to be so let down. Staff were not overly friendly. They did not go out of their way to interact with guests. Most of the time they chitchatted together, eating and drinking. I guess I am used to the extreme friendliness of other all inclusives around the world. Updates to the “resort” are much needed. The room was Super 8 quality at best. Horrible smells, mustiness, and very outdated and uncomfortable fixtures. The food was lackluster to say the least, but I expected that. Lots of staff members milling about. No water activities as promised. I was told to rent something down the beach. Beach was super ugly and full of seaweed. No attempts were made to remove or rake it. Overall disappointing. But if you want a budget all inclusive this is ideal. On the positive side the pools were fun. Access to the beach is easy. Access to the palatial compound and casino next door is super easy. I wish staff were more informative about dining options and times. A welcome packet would be ideally beneficial that outlined everything. The entertainment was very lame for an all inclusive reaort. No children running around was fantastic. In summary would I return…no. Bahamas just does not have the pristine beaches as other islands. Would I recommend to a friend looking for a budget property…yes. I think if people come with low expectations they won’t be terribly disappointed.

Most hotels or resorts have a coffee maker, a fridge. We had only 2 outlets in our room with an extension cord that sparked and a shower door that leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Not a whole lot to do on the resort, but we made the best of it.

Price was good so not to upset with stay but feel hotel could have down better with what they had. 1 of the 3 restaurants (Martinos) was good but others were bad. Buffet was surprisingly good for all inclusive buffet. Most of the staff was friendly. Large pools on the beach so convenient. Entertainment was decent on the nice weather days. Funky D and his band were great. He is a great entertainer and turned things around for us. However the first 4 days of or 7 day vacation had terrible weather and no entertainment. When weather was bad instead of entertainment crew doing activities indoors they just didn’t do anything so we were forced to go to other hotels or wonder around. Staff was a lot nicer when we tip them but was very difficult to get change so we were limited. Place itself was run down and needs major updates. In our room only two outlets worked and they were very loose so had to prop plugs into them. They were doing renovations by pool and outside our room so often had to deal with noise. Not bad for price but here are some tips if you go…. Bring some games in case of bad weather but try to only go when no storms in surrounding areas. Bring stacks of singles for tipping. Stick with wine and beer because drinks watered down. Only activity worth doing is the city tour. Dinner cruise was a waste of money and trust me you won’t want to eat.
