I like the staff. They were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was spotless. The WIFI was terrible. I could not communicate with my family. At times, we could not get any water in the shower. The water pressure was shallow.

Clean rooms comfortable beds. Had 2 adjoining rooms , very convenient. Building showing its age but is taken care of. Housekeeping is great. Atlantis access is amazing. Great value

Stayed here several times, I must say that the building is deteriorating. For 4 nights our AC was not working. They " replaced it" after 2 nights, still qasnt cooling. Finally I called the front desk about the ongoing issue. They finally moved us. We were able to enjoy our final couple of days.Floors were dirty in the rooms, towels.and sheets dingy. Sad to see how downhill this place is going.

Comfort Suites is a great, economical place to stay on Paradise Island. The staff is super friendly, the grounds were clean, its conveniently located next to Atlantis. The only suggestion I'd make is upgrading the rooms and breakfast options.

We’ve stayed at Atlantis and Baha mar so I found out from neighbors Comfort suites offered Atlantis access with accommodations. I was skeptical but it was as I expected, older but not run down and free breakfast was your standard continental. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Pleasant stay here. Loved how accessible Atlantis was. Never had any problems using anything over at Atlantis with our bands. Loved that it was a short walk over to the marina village, Royal tower and Coral tower. Rooms are super basic but we’re ok with that since we were only in the room to sleep and shower. Nothing fancy and not up to date but again we’re ok with that and it’s important to know this when booking. The king size bed was very comfortable. Kids had a pull out couch which was perfect. We did have an issue with cleanliness of our room but the manger handled it right away. All the staff here are super friendly. Loved the daily breakfast Buffett and water bottles provided. Parking was also really easy. The pool was so quiet and they have a swim up bar. We also tried the restaurant for lunch one day and it was good. They have really good and crispy conch fritters. We arrived early the day of our check-in; we were able to change in a small room they provided for us, store of luggage and headed over to the water park till check in time. This was great! They’re also a lot of little place to pick from across the street. Really great bang for your buck with the Atlantis experience! Highly recommend

We had no wifi for the entire trip,staff members gave us the run around everytime we complaint...until charmaine one of the managers try to help out....at this point we had enough...my kids suffered....we had to be in the lobby almost everynight just to get access to the wifi to make a phone call or to have the kids use they phones or tablets,the carpet in the room and the hallway smells like piss!!!! Pillows old ,stain and cheap....please run!!!!!!!!! Shout out to staff members like javon who was super nice from the beginning to the end!!! and crystal from the kitchen.

Pros: The property is very close to Atlantis and all guests at comfort suites have free access to all Atlantis amenities and activities. Hot breakfast is included every morning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: The rooms are very dingy and in dire need of an upgrade. No room service for food and a limited menu at the restaurant. The pool is really small to accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel. Hotel does not provide a shuttle service to Atlantis like other hotels do. Overall, the hotel was affordable, but it lacks in many other amenities and services.

Location is excellence HOWEVER, as soon as we enter the hotel it smelled really moldy, my kids instantly started sneezing. We asked for our room to be changed as it wasnt what we paid for, we ended up waiting another 2 hours, by this time my kids are going crazy after being on flight, transit etc for 12 hrs. You would think they have your reservation in order! We were about to cancel this reservation and go elsewhere and then they told us they found a room for us. On another note the staff at the restaurant/pool & security was soooo friendly.
