It was an overall amazing experience, the beach has turquoise water and pink sand. Lovely! Restaurants were pretty good, shopping options are endless. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Amazing view! Perfect for a family vacation or baecation! Lol

Went with baby & 5 yo. So easy to navigate, fun for everyone. The service at Pizza Lab was especially great. Theodore was our server both times we went and he was awesome. Overall it was a great time and we will definitely be going back.

Grounds were beautiful, well kept! Loved the availability of loungers and towels. Waterpark was great, clean and not crowded! Loved the floating in water loungers wish they had more. Beach could use a thorough clean up of garbage more than once a day. Only a basic room clean per day; change in towels, garbages emptied and towels replaced. Keys into the room were a constant struggle as they kept becoming inactivated. It’s a long walk to get them fixed up 2/3 times a day. The resort should also promote the straw market behind the water park. Noones knows itself there. Also somewhere for teens to hang out at night would be a great addition.

Good for families. Alot of walking . Drinks and food are very overpriced for what you’re actually getting. Watermark was very fun. Beaches are very nice. Overall a great trip.

I think the water park and the hotel facilities are excellent. My only concern about cleanliness is the Starbucks store in the hotel where I found food flies in the food display case and ants at the sugar and milk dispenser counter. I told the staff to clean them up but was told that they don’t sell food out of the display case and too much food flies and ant around that they can’t get rid of them. This is disguising.

Lots of nice amenities with the different pools, restaurants, access to the water park (which is included), and activities for kids. It is definitely necessary to make reservations ahead of time for the restaurants, as they are usually booked and don't have accommodations if you don't. The food was good, but expensive, which we expected. Be prepared to have an additional charge at the end of your stay including daily resort fees (which we knew about) as well as a charge for other services (basically charging for the staff, cleaners, etc). We had a bill of $450 for 5 days of resort fees and "service charges". Overall we really enjoyed our time here, and we're very impressed with the grounds, cleanliness, food choices, and amenities. We went with our 2 kids ages 8 and 5, and we all can't wait to go back.

Great place

The resort is great with the only substandard item being the housekeeping that made up the room each day between 3 and 4pm, despite our repeated requests for normal earlier cleaning. Also be prepared for a very expensive stay as everything that moves is charged.

I like the plethora of restaurant options and abundance of pools. Our room was clean which I definitely appreciated and modern, beds were super comfortable. Entertainment for kids and adults on the resort which is a plus.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Will visit again. Highly recommend. The costs for snacks and water needs to be reduced but everything else was perfect.
