Breathtaking, panorama, and restful views of the sea at this Waterfront, seaside home! Snorkel and swim at beautiful, colorful Coral Reefs or Dive/fish for Snappers and Lobsters in the ocean 35 steps away from house! The outdoor area has a private pool, and adirondack chairs to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1st room has a King Size Bed with Ocean Views. The 2nd, Queen Size bed and Ocean Views, 3rd room, two full beds. Bedrooms have 55 inch TV's, high speed Internet. Relax & unwind as you feel the ocean breeze!The outdoor area has a covered patio with an adjacent room for washer/dryer.
There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, large walk-in closet, connecting bathroom and Ocean Views. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and Ocean Views. The third bedroom has two full size beds. All bedrooms have TV's. There is High Speed Internet included, just bring along a laptop. Beautiful open plan Living, Dining rooms and Kitchen, all with Ocean Views. Relax and Unwind as you sit on our Lounge Chairs and feel ocean breeze! You'll love our Private Home and Swimming Pool.

Our Private Ocean Front Villa is located on Yamacraw Hill Road of the Island of New Providence, Nassau.

The Villa is internet/cable ready. It is a three (3) minute drive from the grocery store Super Value and Solomon's Fresh Market. Wendy's, Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, and Pink Octopus restaurants are a three to five minute drive.
There is complete privacy at the Ocean Front Villa as it is completely enclosed and a wooden picket fence making the swimming pool and back patio activities very private.

Ocean Paradise is approximately a 15 minute drive to Atlantis, Paradise Island where there are many activities and ways to spend your leisure time as follows:

There are numerous restaurants to choose from such as Carmine's,Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, the Market Place, SeaFire, Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and Starbucks, at the Marina Village at Atlantis Resort.

There is the One and Only Ocean Club and Atlantis with great golf courses, snorkeling, boating, Dolphin Encounters, Para-sailing and the Bo-Hingy boat which can take visitors to a nearby island called Harbor Island to see the gorgeous pink sand beaches.

Bay Street, the Town Center is an 18 minute drive from the Villa. There you will find a straw Market, Rum Cake Factory, Senior Frogs Bar and Restaurant, The Governors House, Luciano's Restaurant, just to name a few things.

On the other hand, the Ocean Front Villa is a quiet, relaxing get-away where you can sit back on our fabulous Oceanfront patio and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Ocean which seem to release a feeling of Peace/Tranquility and enjoy a little bit of Heaven on Earth!

There is a Five Star, world famous resort called Atlantis, located on the very popular Paradise Island. Visit the restaurants and shops at Marina Village, tennis, swim with the dolphins or participate in various tourist sea excursions. Tourists can buy a day pass for $135 per adult and $80 per child and be able to enjoy all of its facilities including the Water Theme Park, slides, underwater aquariums and gorgeous beaches.

A visit to Blue Lagoon Island is highly recommended where you can pat the Sea Lions and swim with the Dolphins.Guests can spend a whole or half day on the beach on this excursion.

There is a full day 'Family Island' trips/excursions on the 'Bohengy Boat' (also called Bahamas Fast Ferries) which takes approximately 2-1/2 hours to travel to family islands like Harbor Island, Eleuthera, where there are more gorgeous, secluded beaches with pink sand.

Beautiful location right on the ocean
What a wonderful location right on the sea. Over the wall is a series of platforms with steps leading directly into the ocean. Some days the sea was somewhat rough, but others it was placid and you could get in easily and swim and snorkel in the clear water. A/C worked well in the property and it was a quiet location. The property had tons of towels and was decently well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The hammock in the back was a lovely spot to relax along with the deck chairs. Some elements were a bit tired or showing some age, but overall, it was a great stay.

A Paradise indeed
Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, amazing place. You can't beat the views and peaceful seclusion. If you want a place to just be alone, this is the place. We had such a blast with my kids swimming on the reef, that the pool seemed kind of pointless and dirty compared to how crystal clear and calm the ocean was. Beach is more of a locals beach (not maintained with a good amount of broken glass), but had it all to ourselves. 20 minute drive from all the main attractions of the island, if you want to go out. Only negative is a lot of stuff is showing significant wear. Dishwasher leaks, we had no running water for 2 hours due to an old electrical issues, cracks in tiles out back, etc.

Amazing….
The views were amazing, the people were amazing, the staff were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be going back annually. 10/10 recommend and I’m extremely picky about where I stay! Cathy is fantastic to work with, she replies super quickly and communication is similar to that a 5-star resort. There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, they have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything you would ever need is there. Highly recommend this place to anyone even considering going to Nassau, the location was safe and secure!

Wonderful stay at Ocean Paradise
The name of the home says it all, ocean paradise! Communication with the host was easy & check-in was smooth. The home had everything we needed for our stay: plenty of "beach" towels, shower towels, kitchen cups & plates, coffee maker, and lots of space. Bonus extras included the pool, Adirondack chairs with gorgeous ocean views, kayaks, and water shoes (really useful because the ocean floor is rocky). The water is clear, we saw a few little fish and a sting ray and we spent lots of time enjoying the views and water. We loved our time and would recommend to any family or visitor!

Relaxation at it’s finest!
We loved our house in the Bahamas! Morning sun and shaded porch in the afternoons. Close to several local beaches. We especially enjoyed being in an area that was less ‘touristy’, but close enough to everything we wanted to do with our rental car. Property has all the comforts we wanted for my husband and I and our 1 20yt old daughters.

We have done many VRBO this place was a great find. It is a wee bit dated which for us was just fine. Everything in the place was clean and maintained. We had a bit of a dilemma when the hot water tank died on us Cathy was on it and it was replaced the very next day. We really appreciated this. Only thing we regretted was only booking for a week. Two weeks would not have been enough. When we had to stay on for a bit on check out date because of various reason Cathy was very gracious and gave us a bit of extra time. Again so very appreciative. Dont be afraid of booking here the place is clean and very safe.

We flew down for a family vacation and this home is absolutely stunning. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. The hammock was a family favorite. Watching the sunrise from the patio is a must! The pool was amazing. Saved to favorites because we will stay there again. Great communication with owner and gave us great advice. Download WhatsApp because that is where check in instructions will be sent. A Taxi into town is approx $50-60 one way so check on renting a car as it could be a little cheaper if you have a smaller group.

House was a little ways away from downtown but not bad drive to downtown or Atlantis! Host gave great suggestions for grocery stores and car rentals! Suggest you rent a car for at least a portion of trip unless you just want to kick back at house for your whole stay..suggest you don’t do the grocery delivery..serious price increases but that is not on this host! House as clean and well appointed…spent a lot of time in pool and on back porch!

Nice very spacious house, we went snorkeling right at property! Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores restaurants other beaches. The owner was very easy to reach and replied quickly to any questions we had. People have recommended updating property-I did not find any issues other than back patio having cracks due to weather. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, pool was very clean-there was snorkeling gear, floaties for the pool and fishing poles. The owner had water filtration on kitchen sink, and a water cooler with plenty of water to replace if needed. The only thing I would recommend would be beach towels and a cooler to possibly take to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone!

The house was more then we needed for two couples, but the price was comparable to smaller units. Snorkeling off the back and the pool added to the value. Even though we had to drive to most activities, they weren’t that far and it was a quiet neighborhood. You could tell the home had weathered a few storms, but overall condition was fine.

The ocean front and views were amazing. Very quiet area. Pool was great. Snorkeling off the property was amazing! Saw a manta ray a few times. Pool was perfect temperature and clean. Lots of sitting areas outside. Rented a car which was a good idea. It is residential area so no transportation opportunities other than a cab. Home had everything we needed. Grocery store not too far away. Vrbo kept in communication. It was great!

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 young adult kids) had a great time hanging out, fishing and swimming at the house. The back side of the patio is a sea wall so you are right on the ocean. There is a row of comfy adironack chairs to read or just watch the water. The ocean is right there to fish or to just swim or snorkel on calm days. And the pool is a nice option. We were there for four relaxing nights. There is a nice grocery store just a short drive away. It is on the quiet side of the island. There are no restaurants or night life in the immediate area, but that was fine with us. Good wifi. The drive to town (Nassau) is 15-20 minutes if you want that. We just picked up heat-and-eat or takeout for dinner. The kitchen is well equipped (pots pans plates etc, plus there were a few pantry items like olive oil, salt, pepper) if you want to prepare meals at the house. There is a nice large dining table. This is a great place for the more independent traveler. It is a quiet area away from the cruise ship crowds and people selling stuff. There is beach a short drive away that is very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay but......
The property manager/owner was very responsive to our needs at every turn but we had so many issues that never should have happened if the property was better kept in general. For example, the day we arrived the pool was actually green and when I reached out she said that the issue was just brought to her attention but a pool does not turn green over night. We also had issues with an electrical fire in the master bedroom, burnt out light fixtures in closets. The ceiling fans would run fast and then dim completely down again. Leaking water heater, the microwave only worked at certain times of the day, furniture that was so broken down it was unbelievable and when we said something she immediately responded with " new furniture is on its way" but based off the condition of that furniture I would say it should have been "on it's way" 4-5 years ago. There was broken patio furniture and clay planters on the pool area that should have been thrown away years ago, and the grill that was pictured in the ad was non-existent so she sent over one of the neighbors with a mini table top charcoal grill that was too small to use for our group. I really hesitated to leave this review because she was very responsive but again, there is no way all the issues that we had just instantaneously happened the week or two before we came. In summary, yes we enjoyed our stay and yes I would stay there again but only after I verified that the long needed repairs etc had been addressed.

Girls trip 50th Birthday
Amazing location right on the water. Great place to stay with friends! Walk out the door to watch the sunrise each morning. We snorkeled each and everyday! Was absolutely perfect for our group of girlfriends. I will bring my family back as well! The outdoor space and location were top notch!
