Located right next to our "Sun Cottage," this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. This perfect 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with a Queen in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and everything you would need or want to make a beach picnic lunch or a fancy seafood dinner. (Food and drink in the kitchen pictures not included with rental.)

Simply stated, this stylish and updated, adorable beach cottage will take your breathe away! If you're looking for couples weekend away with friends this is the perfect cottage for your stay since it is located right next to the Sun Cottage. The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Updated cottage and very accommodating. Washer & dryer, full kitchen, and very clean. Beach access right across road. No ocean view. Comfortable queen bedroom. 2 flights stairs. Wonderful beach experience!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental property. My boyfriend and I stayed on one side and my daughter and her family stayed on the other. It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice unit that was clean and comfortable.
Well appointed and updated unit that was very inviting. The balcony on the back is a little small so we didn't use it. We were within walking distance of a great beach. The overall location is good with plenty of things to do and fun places to go eat.
