Navarre Towers condo - 3rd floor
Nice condo, overall. On 3rd floor in the Navarre Towers with balcony facing the gulf. Navarre Towers amenities are great --- large pool, exercise room/gym, walk way to beach, etc. This condo is quite nice. Needs some attention, though, as wear and tear of rental usage is showing. A picture from the living room wall was in the closet with evidence of where it had previously been hung on that wall. Needs a paint job. Electrical outlet cover in bedroom (by the balcony door) was missing, so I picked one up and put it on. Photos on VRBO give impression that have full gulf view from the balcony. Yes, has a nice view, especially of the walkway. Cannot see the pier or sunrise (or sunset, for that matter) from the balcony due to the way it is situated. If you want to see sunrise, you need to get up and go out to the walkway or take a walk on the beach (it is worth it). The options for TV are plenty, almost too much, with a confusing set-up. When working, internet and TV were fine. Staff at Navarre Towers were friendly and property well-maintained. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Great stay on the beach
I wanted a place where you could hear and see the ocean from the room. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access to the bay. The condo is a little out dated but clean and a good deal for the money. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier. We had stand up paddle boards so we spent time on them in the bay and had some great beach time as well. We were there mid-May and the weather was perfect and all restaurants were open but not crowded. I will be looking to do this again.

Everything needed to make our vacation great. Navarre Beach, Navarre Towers is a new favorite spot! Loved the beach chair service included in condo reservation. Loved the property bikes available for guests. I would stay again.

Great experience! The beach is the best. Several lightbulbs are not working. It was great to avoid the crowds. We had a challenge finding other attractions in the area a few things need to be updated - ie washer and dryer

Issues with condo
First the internet would not work, the refrigerator has no ice maker I was told that was stated in the amenities. I never have checked an ice maker for an amenity. Freezer has one shelf. The main bathroom could use a new shower curtain and bedroom carpet could stand to be replaced. It sleeps six but came with two rolls of toilet paper. Loved the city and the beach but won’t stay at this particular condo for that amount of $.

Very impressed with the room and the property. The beds were very comfortable for a rental property. The location was amazing! The only downside is that the listing had it as a heated pool but it is not heated year round. There were some days being in a heated pool would have been nice. But other than that a wonderful unit and great location

Anniversary Getaway
First of all, just looking and hearing the water was great. This Condo needs some serious renovations to keep up with the pricing of a weekly stay. There was a hole in the wall, sliding doors are really hard to lock, outlets are needing changed out because it was a crapshoot to see if anything you needed to plug in would stay in the outlets without falling out. The washing machine has rust all over inside lid and there needs to be better pots and pans to use and cleaner glasses to use.

Great Place, Great Location
My wife and 3 young children enjoyed 4 wonderful nights here. The view is spectacular, the beach access is so convenient, and the location to other things is right where you want to be. We originally booked for 3 nights and had so much fun on day 1 that we extended the trip an additional night. The place had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our little ones to run around. We are already thinking of our next trip and hope to be return guests.

This room was not kept up the way that it looked in the pictures. There were a couple of holes in the wall, scratches and marks all over the walls, the carpet was coming up, the outlets were very loose (some that the plug would just fall out of), a couple of lights that didn’t work, the shower head in the master bath was terrible and the water valve leaked if it was perfectly placed when turned off. Also, there were stains all over the couch, there is a dresser blocking the light switches in the master bedroom, the balcony doors were very hard to open and close (my wife could not open or close them by herself), the table and chair on the balcony were rusting badly. A foot on one of the chairs was rusted off. We are highly disappointed in what we saw when we walked in the room vs the pictures that were listed. This is not worth the money that we paid… we will not be recommending anyone stay here or to book on Vrbo.

Great Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation here. We have been coming to Navarre the past 3 years and love it. This was the first time staying at Navarre Towers. We really like Navarre Towers overall but the cleanliness of the condo could use some work. The bathroom in the master bedroom had hair all over the shower wall and tub and the shower curtain had mold all over it. But we loved the floor plan of the condo and the beach is beautiful and it in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
