When we arrived Ashley was there to greet us and show us round. The communal rooms were spacious and inviting. Breakfast was more than adequate. We throughly enjoyed our few days away.

Such a lovely place in such a beautiful setting. Owner was lovely and greeted us as we arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean. We liked that the breakfast was self serve as we were setting off early each day. Can’t wait to come back :)

Really comfortable accommodation, bed, lounge and well equipped kitchen. I wish the weather had been better, the patio looked a great place to sit with a glass of wine whilst admiring the gardens. Friendly welcome. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet family weekend
A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage.

Perfect. Can't wait to come back!
Had an absolutely fantastic stay. Ashley (the owner) was so friendly and welcoming and so was his staff. The lodge was perfect and was fully equipt - even had a dishwasher! Basic food items were provided too including a bottle of milk in the fridge! Beautiful grounds which my partner and I enjoyed from our own little patio. We loved every minute of our stay here and will definitely be coming back.
