Dear guests from near and far,
Thank you very much for your interest in our holiday apartment, where we would like to welcome you!
The Owwe apartment (Palatinate dialect for: upstairs) is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house in Neckargemünd. The house has been extensively renovated in recent years, made more energy efficient and equipped with new technology.
Neckargemünd is located about 8 km east of Heidelberg in the heart of the Palatinate and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.
The house is located in the quiet Hollmuthstr. 72 (fewo72.de) in a panoramic location on the Hollmuth slope. It is 100 meters to the forest and the Neckargemünd Altstadt S-Bahn station is 1.1 km and a 15-minute walk away.
There is a covered parking space (carport) and street parking available at the house.
An external staircase leads to the entrance and covered terrace facing south.
The apartment with approx. 60 m² offers space for up to 6 people (ideally 2-4 people > max. 4 adults + children)
Come with us on a little tour:
Immediately on the left is the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe and small table (LAN socket). There is also the option of setting up a travel cot here.
Now opposite is the daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin with utensil drawers and a towel radiator.
Further along the hallway, the kitchen-dining table area awaits you.
There is a bench and chairs at the wooden table.
The white kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink by the window, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster, extractor hood and dishes and utensils for up to 6 people (a highchair is of course available on request).
Continue into the living room: > WOW effect!!!
A panoramic window that runs the entire width of the room offers a really great view of the property's gardens and the wooded mountains.
You can also watch TV with the 43" LED TV. (small selection of games)
The sofa can be turned into a bed for two people.
Now even further up (all the way up) via a steep staircase to the attic.
Here you will find two single beds, a writing desk (LAN) by the window and another toilet with a small sink.
