CA’ DEL BUSO

Ca’ del Buso is an ancient manor house, built by the Corfini family in 1400, completely renewed in 2011, nestled in the hills of Valpolicella at an altitude of 450 meters that offers a less hot and humid climate during the summer season. It is located in a very quiet setting, away from traffic or noises. This is the ideal place available for those who want to visit and explore our territory: Valpolicella, Verona, the Lake Garda and Lessinia; or for those who want to relax. THE WELLNESS AREA (INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA LOUNGE AND CHILL-OUT ROOM) IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO MID-MAY WITH A SUPPLEMENTARY COST. PLEASE, CONTACT THE HOST PREVIOUSLY.

The house (280sqm), on two floors, is equipped with all comforts and furnished in a very refined way; it has 4 spacious bedrooms (8 beds + 1 fouton + 1 cot) and 3 bathrooms. A large living room with a characteristic corner fireplace overlooking the garden, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning and wi-fi are available throughout the apartment.
All bedrooms are totally furnished and include kitchen linen, bath linen (hairdresser, washing machine), bed linen, heating and air conditioning.
Please be informed that there are pets on the property.
The house is 10 minutes’ far from Verona city centre, 20 minutes’ far from Verona railway station, 20/30 minutes’ far from Verona airport, The apartment has an independent entrance and parking, as well as a garden for the exclusive use.
For lovers of CULTURE and cities of art, Verona is only ten minutes away by car, with its churches, monuments, museums and during the summer the famous opera festival in the Arena. We also recommend a visit to Lake Garda and the nearby Milan, Mantua, Padua and beautiful Venice, all these can be reached in about an hour and a half by car.
It is the ideal place if you love WALKS on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. Not far away you can also reach the famous European path E5.
For those who love the mountains we propose a visit to the nearby Monte Baldo, which enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the Lessinia Natural Park or the splendid Dolomites just an hour and a half away by car.
If, on the other hand, you love FOOD AND WINE, you are in one of the most famous territory in the world: Valpolicella, home of Amarone and many fine wines. Tours and tastings in famous wineries can be organized in the surroundings.
As for the FUN parks, especially for children there is Gardaland, the Zoo Safari Park. Also Aquardens, the largest thermal park in Europe.

Amazing Villa in the foothills of Verona
Our stay at this villa was amazing. This beautiful and spacious 15th century farm house was more than we ever expected. I will struggle to explain the rustic beauty and luxurious feel of the property. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. They ensured our stay was perfect and went above and beyond to help us when we had travel difficulties. It's so nice to find genuinely caring people. We will never forget our brief but wonderful vist.

An amazing stay! 10/10
This was an amazing property. Myself and 7 others checked in for a long weekend away. We were all blown away at how beautiful the house and garden were. We spent the weekend relaxing in the garden, using the pool and sauna, eating outside and having movie nights. The setting is so idyllic. The property is tucked away in the countryside overlooking a vineyard. It is about 20 minutes in a taxi from the city centre which makes it easy to get to. Remember to bring cash for the taxi as the internet for the card machines doesn't always work. Francesca is a 10/10 host. She was there when we needed her, very quick to respond to questions over the phone and helped us with taxis. She made the whole settling into the house seamless. I can't fault the house or the host. I would 100% come back to this house!

Gorgeous countryside
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to come. The property is so peaceful and situated so you don’t have to interact with the host if you don’t want to. There is a steep drive and some steps to the property but most cars should handle the drive and our 80 year old parents handled the steps fine. The 2 dogs (Nina and Victor) are people lovers and sweet. Alexandra is attentive and accommodating. Giuseppe has helpful tips for the area. This place is a great location for exploring all the wonderful Amarone wine makers in the area.

Beautifully appointed property.
Fantastic home in a great location. The house is located just a 15 minute ride north of Verona and is therefore perfect for families or couples to stay while experiencing the true delights of the idyllic and picturesque region. Easy trips can be made to Lake Garda, famous wine regions and even further afar including Milan, Venice and the Dolomites. We were thoroughly impressed by the holiday home and the warmth and helpfulness shown by our hosts Francesca and Giuseppe. All rooms are well equipped with everything you need. A Perfect Getaway
This property looks great on the website, but it’s way more spectacular in person. The home is an authentic, old structure made of stone and is situated in the countryside of Valpolicella. The property is huge, with many opportunities for walks on country roads and pathways. The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. The owners are fastidious and are always working to keep things clean, tidy and well manicured. The house has been completely refurbished and is tastefully decorated (You won’t find any of grandma’s old, discarded furniture in this home.) Everything has been thoughtfully curated and well designed and there is lots of space for a comfortable, long stay. Beppe and Francesca are the best hosts ever! They are so very kind and helpful. From our initial interactions via email through the end of our stay, communication has been stellar. We have been to Italy many times and this is truly the best experience in a private home that we have ever had. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Spacious retreat

I can’t say enough about how great it was staying here. The place is filled with so much care. It’s close enough to town and Verona(about 20 min) and isolated enough to can take long walks in nature every day. The absolute perfect place to stay. Gorgeous beyond imagination. The photos can’t even touch the feeling of how beautiful the house is inside and out, as well as the area. Surrounded by totally quiet nature. They have amazing dogs and the friendliest pet chicken. The design overall in the house is beautiful and clean, completely complimenting the rustic beauty of the stone walls and wood floors. Bathtubs amazing and good hot water. The owners were so helpful with everything we neede. We could come back just to stay here.

We were warmly welcomed by the landlord. The object with garden was nice and big and spacious. The bedding was as advertised, but the small single room had no window and no air conditioning. The dishes in the cupboards weren't really clean and there was even a used pot in the cupboard. This was probably due to the defective dishwasher. The landlady tried to fix the problem. In addition, the television (for children) in the living room also didn't work and the laundry from the washing machine also came out a bit dingy. All in all, the overnight price of EUR 700.00 per night is very high. In addition, there is the very poor access route to the accommodation, which can almost only be managed with four-wheel drive.

Phantastische Zeit im Valpolicella Gebiet
Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Räume sind alle sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und der Weg nach Verona kurz. Dank der erhöhten Lage ist die Temperatur 3 Grad niedriger als in Verona.

The week staying at yours was beautiful. The apartment is nicely decorated with beautiful bathrooms and cosy bedrooms. The locations is optimal if you wanna walk a bit in the vineyards but also visit Verona and the lake Garda. The landlords with their two heartwarming kids are as well open and help whenever they can. Wunderbares Haus in schönster Lage
Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünscht - vor allem die drei (!) luxoriösen Bäder sind ein echtes Highlight. Den Garten durften wir mitnutzen und auch Pool und Sauna ließen sich zur alleinigen Nutzung dazu buchen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzliche, nette Menschen, die uns nicht nur sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen haben, sondern uns auch mit Wein, Geburtstagskuchen und unsere Tochter mit Halloween-Schokolade beschenkt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gelieben.
