Located just outside of Negril, Little Bay Country Club is a gated community with luxury townhomes and villas. The property features dramatic rugged cliffs overlooking stunning views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea as well as its own private white-sand beach. From the beach, step into turquoise water of Little Bay, a protected fish sanctuary that is ideal for snorkeling.

Inside our home, every detail has been thought of and is truly a home away from home. We have recently done many upgrades in and around our property to enhance the experience of your vacation with us. From tiled walk-in showers to an oceanside gazebo overlooking the bay, we have thought of everything so you can relax and enjoy your time in Negril.

Little Bay Country Club includes 24-hour gated security as well as security guards with canines canvassing the property at all times. With all the charm and beauty of Jamaica and the amenities you are used to, our two bedroom beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing Jamaican vacation. Our condo is spacious and will sleep four people comfortably.

We offer a private, oceanfront vacation home rental in Negril, Jamaica. It’s a newly constructed, high-end property that overlooks a protected fish sanctuary and a coral reef.

Little Bay Stay
Beautiful quiet location, wonderful accommodations. Could use some instructions ( getting hot water, turning on stove, etc.) and a tour of available facilities would have been nice. We never saw or heard from property manager which we found unusual. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely recommend.

Another great stay!
This was our 3rd time to stay in Tom & Susan’s lovely townhome in Little Bay. Our group of 4 ladies return to Jamaica every year and look forward to our trip all year long. We love staying in this villa - it has plenty of amenities to meet our needs for a very relaxing vacation! Amanda was super helpful and accommodating when we were booking the property. Thank you so much! Anna, the housekeeper is always amazing! She was very responsive to any questions. She takes great care of the property and the guests too. The newly installed generator was so nice as we experienced a storm and power outage while we were there. The electricity in the townhouse was interrupted as we had the generator for power - so nice! We definitely will be back in 2025 - Little Bay has become our Jamaican home. We look forward to seeing friends we have made each year, enjoying the beautiful beach and pool and exploring more of Jamaica. Thank you for the wonderful vacation home!

After Thanksgiving, 2023
We had a fantastic stay. We arranged transportation from Montego Bay with the recommendation of our host. I would definitely NOT rent a car unless you are used to driving on the left and want to pay the exorbitant insurance fees. We stopped for groceries in Montego Bay, I recommend you wait and go to the grocer in Negril. If you decide to cook, plan your menu in advance so you don't overbuy. Bring lots of small US dollars. Most of the shops and restaurants are priced in US dollars. The pool was quiet, we did have a small shark hanging out in the ocean water, it took off pretty quickly. We did a catamaran cruise to Rick's Cafe, that was fun! We also did a Chukka tour, Black River, YS Falls and Appleton rum estate. It was great at the falls and informative at the rum estate, BUT, be sure you have 4 people booked or they may not provide transportation. The people are friendly, immigration and customs was pretty smooth, fill out their online form before you leave for Jamaica. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would book it again! Thank you so much!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse for 8 days to attend a wedding in Negril. Townhouse was just as described. We loved the decor! Everything we needed was provided. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The security was a little annoying at times wish there was a better system set up when your guest are visiting so everyone will be on the same page. Beach was clean, water was clear and very inviting. Just a couple minor hiccups, but overall we give 5 Stars!

Private Beach and Pool within Walking Distance
Townhouse was great. Well stocked cabinets (spices, sugar, etc..). Back deck walks down to a private fish sanctuary which is connected directly to the private pool and beach of the community. Super easy and really charming. Not all townhomes in the community have this luxury. Snorkeling the reef off the sanctuary is also super easy, just go out past the ropes on the right or left side. Some great exotic fish without paying for an excursion. Overall, property was great. 5-stars! We would definitely return and do the exact same stay again. Grocery is about 8 mins drive, but would consider a car and grocery service. We had issues on the road and felt it was a bit wild (and I've driven in NYC and Atlanta). Last, we did 3 nights on Seven mile beach too (Skylark Negril). While that was also great, my family definitely missed this private community experience once we left.

Back for a second wonderful stay!
We had a great time this week in Negril at Amanda's Beachfront townhome. See previous review. This time we made it to dinner at Rockhouse and Catch a Falling Star on West End Cliffs-food and view was tremendous. Also ate on at Flag City on 7 mile beach and visited Ricks. For fun rented Hobie Wave at Azur. Caught a no cover authentic Jamaican Reggae music show at Roots Bamboo Stage on Beach-highly recommend. Snorkeling in Little Bay in front of townhome-saw an amazing variety of sea life close to shore!! would be great for a (supervised) beginner snorkeler too-very calm waters; also infinity pool. FYI HiLo grocery moved on us now across Norman Manley BLVD from Margaritaville on 7 mile beach-much nicer/cleaner location. The townhouse is well stocked as described. Anna, housekeeper is very kind and helpful-she keeps the place very clean! Security is Excellent-always feel safe at LBCC and have been going there since 2015. Generally, this seems to be a quiet time of the year to enjoy Little Bay and Negril, tho I have been there over Spring Break and still not even close to crowded. Had the beach to ourselves on several occasions. Doubt you will find a better place to stay in Jamaica and so much to do in Negril and surrounds. Sincerely, Nathan

Marvelous!
Absolutely loved this property. It has everything right down to a juicer and a butter warmer. It is quiet and truly enjoyable. The private beach and fish sanctuary are wonderful. Saw lots of fish and coral snorkeling in the cove there. Our host Anna is the best. Her response time and helpfulness made our month long stay extra special. I can highly recommend this property. It’s at the top of our list and we’ll return again.

Lovely escape in Negril
Had a lovely 2 wks at Amanda's wonderful duplex. The accommodation and amenities were top of the line.The property has a lovely private beach and pool. Beautiful gardens surround all the properties in the complex, and are well taken care of. Anna, the local property manager/contact, was very helpful. We arranged to have her prepare dinner for the first night, which was lovely. She also helped us arrange transport from the airport, and Mr. Reliable (Linley Grant) stopped at the grocery store in Montego Bay, which was a tremendous help to get us provisioned. In our trek west, he also stopped at fruit stands for us - lovely! There is a small convience store in the pool building which has some various necessities. Suggest that renters bring supplies that they likely won't find - olive oil, dijon mustard, olives, favourite spices. Be open to Jamaican curry, jerk spice, and various types of hot sauce - they are fabulous! We took advantage of Mr. Gayle's fruit & vegetable truck, which passed through the complex twice per week. He is a gem! The Negril Hi-Lo was a second week stop for stocking up. Taxi is necessary. Should we return to Negril, we would love to be able to stay at Amanda's property again!

This property was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Maria was very helpful in getting us settled in. We swam in the ocean and the pool. We had a rental car that we used for multiple excursions. It was always great to get back to our “home.”

Property was amazing- just as described! Deck backed onto the beach with less than 2 minute walk to the swim area and amazing snorkeling. 7 min walk to Bloody Bay Beach. The house was great! Comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked for cooking if you wish. Nice to be able to do laundry. We hired the driver that was recommended by the property owner and he was excellent! Highly recommend this place!!!

A perfect paradise!
The property and everything about it is absolutely wonderful! Our family of three stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every moment. The property is exactly as advertised with many amenities to make the holiday comfortable and enjoyable. The house is right on the beach and in the most beautiful, safe community. Our hosts, both in Jamaica and in the US, were beyond friendly and helpful and the property owners where gracious when we experienced travel delays. We loved our stay at Little Bay Resort. The cottage was just as described and more. The rental was furnished with a lot of extra amenities, the beach supplies, cooler, towels, and snorkeling equipment. We loved the location to the beach and pool as well as being close to Negril and 7 mile Beach. We hired a private chef to cook dinner that was great.

BIG LOVE AT LITTLE BAY ❤️
This beautiful two bedroom semi-attached townhouse is in a nicely manicured community. Our rental was a yellow pastel colored house that sits along a collective of houses that flows with the curve of the bay. The house is decorated perfectly to blend in with it's tropical location. All modern conveniences made our stay a home away from home. The house is open and airy with a spacious deck. The beach, just a few steps away is small, intimate and offers an awesome view of the sunset. There is an inviting clubhouse by a refreshing pool. The community is gated and safe. Our host Anna was amazing. She was available to us 24/7 and arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as grocery shopping. We are planning to return as often as possible. You'll love the peace and serenity Little Bay Country Club has to offer.

Love Little Bay Stay
Amanda's Townhouse in Little Bay Country Club in Negril is a wonderful place to stay. Ok, well, all things considered likely the best townhouse rental in the Caribbean! Home is well appointed with necessities, clean, well decorated, secure and quiet. Steps down the Beach-little bay beach is spectacular: a fishing preserve with great snorkeling, calm water, with beautiful cliff of floral gardens, in front of a large clean infinity pool! Oh, and very private. She provides plenty of towels and snorkeling equipment. I would recommend a car if you are brave enough to drive on the British side and good at dodging pot holes around Jamaica :) We stock up on groceries at the HiLo in Negril and dine at the most spectacular volcanic cliffed West End Hotels; Zimbali Culinary, Lobster (when in season) at the Office of Nature on Blood Bay nearby and many other places. The food in Jamaica is excellent and people are friendly! We enjoy renting the Hobie cat taking boat rides off the 7 mile beach, visiting Half Moon Beach (great food too), horseback riding along beach, The Blue hole, and feeding hummingbirds at Barney's...Sure Margaritaville and Rick's are fun too. The Place is Perfect!

Fabulous Vacay
This was the our 2nd year to stay at this property in Little Bay. We love everything about this place. It’s a great location, the home is kept very well and has everything we needed to be comfortable. The beach and pool are beautiful! The Little Bay community is quiet, safe, and very pretty. Anna, the care taker, did a great job making sure we had what we needed and were well taken care of. We had a wonderful 2 weeks and are already looking forward to next year.

Paradise at Little Bay
This property is fantastic! The owners thought of every accommodation for a beach stay and had them available while enjoying this beautiful property. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of Negril's resorts, so you will have excitement when you want and serenity when it's time to relax. The beds are comfortable, have a fully equipped kitchen, and have spectacular views. Though, the hot water is a bit tricky. For maneuvering, I highly recommend scheduling Antonio Airport Transfers and Tours for all of your travel needs for your entire stay in Negril. Antonio and his team picked us (4 passengers) from Montego Bay airport on day 1, chauffeured us from the house to and from our daily activities, and returned us safely to the airport on day 7; gave recommendations on activities, excursions, and restaurants. In addition, the owners have a binder full of exciting food suggestions and fun to experience during your stay. Your only concern will be what to do first. I suggest having a "Dirty Banana" or frozen "Rum Punch" while deciding. Enjoy!

I really appreciate the nature walks and wildlife - a quiet neighborhood with excellent morning walks and tennis workouts. A truly restful vacation home right on the beach. All you need is a meal plan and beach clothes!

Nature’s feast
The property is very comfortable and a true oceanfront location. Anna was able to cook vegetarian meals as Negril restaurants carry primarily seafood and meat options I enjoyed early morning walk on the estate and my kids enjoyed the tennis court with my husband. We enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the natures feast included visual highlights of hermit crabs, damsel fish and many schools of tiny fish as we swam in the beach waters. A refreshing trip at a true gem -vacation spot.

My daughter and I have stayed in 3 townhomes at Little Bay Country Club and this was by far the BEST. First, we can't say enough about Anna, the onsite caretaker/chef extraordinaire, and now friend! She was amazing from beginning to end. She greeted us upon arrival, ensured we felt welcomed and at home, and checked in on us regularly. It was evident that she is meticulous about the cleanliness of this home and it was sparkling upon arrival. We have been to Jamaica many times and Anna truly was the best of all caretakers we have encountered. Second, Linley- the private driver available for transport to shopping, dinner, or wherever you would like. Linley was friendly, informative, on time with pick up and drop off, and a total gentleman. Now - on to the townhome... This vacation home was everything described. It was clear the owners paid attention to detail and wanted guests to feel as if they were in a home away from home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, gourmet cookware, and appliances. The furniture throughout was well appointed and very comfortable. The deck was spacious and well furnished. The only downside was that even though there is direct beach access, the view to the sea is blocked by trees and foliage. Perhaps if the condo association would allow it, they could be trimmed to allow a better sea/ocean view. The beach... simply glorious. If you want a very chill, very quiet vacation, this is the spot. If you are looking for a bit more activity and direct access to Seven Mile Beach, consider something closer to Seven Mile directly in Negril. We look forward to returning to LLBC and would recommend this location to anyone visiting the Negril area who would like a secluded location.

Great Place - Beautiful & Relaxing
Our group of 3 ladies thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Little Bay. This townhouse is very nice! It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The housekeeper prepared dinner, purchased some supplies and helped arrange some take out. She was wonderful! The Little Bay Country Club community is very private and quiet. The beach and pool are beautiful and not crowded whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment soaking up warm Jamaican sun. We will be back!
