If you are looking for a vacation getaway w/ water access close to everything fun, you have found the place! This cozy 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 5 & sits on a huge lot extending to the Black River. It has ATV/UTV access, & is 1 mi. to the Riviera Resort & Tiki Bar & 4 mi. to Lake Arbutus beach. After a fun filled day on the water you can dock your boat & enjoy a beautifully maintained spacious riverfront to gather around a campfire w/ family & friends.
The space
This adorable open concept cabin is about 800 square feet w/ 2 bedrooms & half bath. There is front deck off the living space and even has an outdoor shower. The kitchen & bath are fully furnished w/ everything you need and more!
Guest access
Everything is accessible to you accept the outdoor buildings and personal property near the outbuildings.
Other things to note
The potential for fun is endless with this unique acreage right at the Black River that enters Lake Arbutus only seconds away by water. It is split by a road to add privacy with plenty of additional space for campers at the riverfront and at the cabin.

Quiet, quaint and piecefull
I was looking for something small, affordable, comfortabe and location and was a perfict hit on all fronts. Will i go back again, yes. Will i stay in this unit, most certainally.
