This three-bedroom unit has just been re-furbished to provide a chic contemporary feel. Positioned to take full advantage of the stunning water views from the balcony, living/ dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom. Imagine waking up in the morning and opening the blinds to the beautiful water views this unit has to offer.
There is an open plan living/ dining area with a ceiling fan, Smart TV, unlimited Wifi and sound bar, the living area opens out onto the alfresco dining area where you can sit back and take in the stunning views.
Three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having spectacular views, split system air conditioner, Smart TV, Walk in Robe, access to the balcony and an extra-large ensuite with spa bath, shower, toilet, and separate vanity area.
There is a second living area with another Smart TV, DVD player and ceiling fan which is perfect for the kids to enjoy their own space. The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and large bench space to prepare the meals.
