Sunseeker offers all-day sun, 4 double-sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two lounges, lots of space inside and out.... fully-equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, outdoor dining, easy access with off-street parking and garaging and new heated SPA POOL!

-Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Car parking - Off-street car parking is provided for two vehicles. Please note that the garage area is not available to guests.

- Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

Great spot.
Beautiful views, and handy spot to stay. Restaurants within walking distance. Would be a good place for a family to stay.As a group of adults the bunk room was not ideal. Uncomfortable beds in that room - we used two bottom bunks. Very hot in that room as well.

Wonderful house with heaps of space and a spa
We started here with extended family and had heaps of space. Amazing view from the balcony over Nelson harbour. Great kitchen, BBQ and lovely wide deck to sit outside on a summer evening. It's a steep walk up from central Nelson but worth it when you get to the top! We used the spa pool a lot and appreciated the regular services. The house is newly renovated, light, airy and well maintained, would recommend as a great place to stay.

We’ve visited Nelson several times from the USA and on this trip, our previously book accommodation failed. Instantly we searched VRBO and found this home. After a few very quick responses with the owners, we knew we had found our new home! A beautiful, balcony over the bay, comfortable living spaces, and a quiet street. It was perfect since we needed a home very quickly. We will return

A great property, well set up for a bigger group. Lots of space, and bedrooms. Well maintained and set up for a comfortable stay. Great central location (although at the top of a steep hill) close to town. Best of all the views are amazing and there is always something happening on the water below the house to watch. Great place, we will be back.

Lovely holiday retreat - private with great views - private spa on the deck a winner. Great place to use as a base to explore the district or just put your feet up and watch the world go by. Only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
