A miner's hotel built 1899, The Tremont Loft was completely re-built in 2016, and features exposed brick walls, 10.5' ceilings, refinished historic fir floors, elegant bath fixtures, beautiful kitchen, fireplace, views of Baker Street and the mountains beyond, and an intriguing, private courtyard.

Beautiful Loft
This was our first time staying at a VRBO and the bar has been set! We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and we can't wait to go back. Our host was very informative, helpful and always quick to reply to any messages. The Tremont Loft is absolutely gorgeous with some very cool history. Immaculate and incredible location. Only negative was I didnt want to leave! I would rate it as a 7 out of 5 star.

Great Downtown Nelson Location
This is a fantastic location. This is a spacious a beautiful space with high ceilings and doors. The updated windows and ceiling fans allow for a nice breeze. Restaurants are just a very short walk and Nelson has some great restaurants. Even though it is located in downtown, the space is very quiet. The beds are firm and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. This is a wonderful spot to experience Nelson.

Beautiful Loft
This loft is very beautiful—historic and grand, yet with comfortable, modern industrial style, and in a great location near restaurants and shops. The view from the large windows is spectacular. The host communicated well and made great recommendations for places to eat. Note, there is one long flight of concrete stairs leading up to loft so pack accordingly. Enjoyed our stay in Nelson and do recommend this location!

Amazing!!
This is our second stay at this beautiful loft in the heart of Nelson. Perfect location, can walk to almost everything. The loft is so well done, has everything you could need and was absolutely spotless! We plan to go back next year and stay again. Host is very responsive and provided many great local restaurants and things to do! Would highly recommend this loft! 15 out of 10!

Indescribably wonderful! I could live here forever. The apartment is beautifully appointed, well equipped and in the best location in the historic area of town. Even though we had a rainy day we spent a delightful afternoon in front of the fire playing cards. It was perfect!

The location is perfect. We could walk out the door and be right on Baker St. And the level of detail inside the loft is fantastic. First class. We might suggest better pillows. Apart from that, no complaints.

Our stay was perfect. The location could not be better being on Baker St. itself. The loft was just as pictured and better in person, a real historic feel, with 5 star accommodations. Nelson's Best place to stay
Fantastic loft and accommodation centrally located in BC's best little city. Being on one of the busiest streets in Nelson I wasn't sure about the street noise level but the loft was super quiet even on Friday and Saturday night. Loree, the owner was super to communicate and provided everything that we needed for our week stay. With extreme high temperatures in Nelson during our visit, the A/C also worked very well and was a relief during our stay. Would definetely stay here again.

If I could move into this chic, cozy, warm and polished flat tomorrow, I would. But second to that, renting this property is a dream. Ease of booking, access and responsiveness.
