Two problems for us. First it advertises it has a gym - on arrival they told us it had been taken down. Second you cant use the spa unless you pay 62 euros each for either a morning or afternoon session.

Staff and environment is a 10, but…
Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

Nice but overpriced for what you get.
This is a very nice property, but be aware that the spa is not included in the price that you pay for the hotel. The spa is the only reason we stayed at this hotel, so that was a bit disappointing, especially when they charge 50 euro per person for spa access and you can only go within very specific three hour time slots. Bottom line, knowing what I know now, I would have saved some money and stayed somewhere else. Nice place though.

Everything was perfect if you want a romantic place to relax. Staff was great, service high class. Rooms are cosy, food is great and location of the hotel is exceptional. We will be back in December, i really want to see this place in winter time!

Schönes Hotel - wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal im Piajo. Leider sind die Angestellten an der Reception nicht sonderlich freundlich. Im Restaurant hingegen ist das Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent & aufmerksam. Das Essen am Abend immer wieder was besonderes & auf hohem Niveau. Der Wellnessbereich in Höhe von 60€ pro Person ist unverschämt. Im Sommer 2022 war der Eintritt noch 30€ pro Person.

Alles Tip Top - nur kein Spa Hotel
Hotel lag oben hoch mit einer super Aussicht. Zimmer war sehr schön modern und sauber. Leider hatten wir drei mal Käfer im Zimmer. Frühstück war ok, leider musste man für Eierspeisen, ausser Rüerei, separat Zahlen. Restaurant Abendessen fantastisch, Preislich in Ordnung. Parkplatz inkl. Spa musste extra gezahlt werden, 62 Euro für drei Stunde !!!!!! Hunde kein Problem.

Hôtel très jolie mais le service reste moyen Problème de clim dans les chambres ( des que l on sortait de la chambre la clim se bloquait et il fallait passer par la réception ) Hôtel isolé donc rien à faire autour sinon utiliser la piscine de l hôtel mais qui est facture plus de 50 euros par jour et par personne….totalement prohibitif pour le service proposé

L’hôtel est très bien seul ombre au tableau le prix exorbitant pour se baigner 75 € par personne et par jour ! Juste incroyable raison pour laquelle nous ne reviendrons plus ! Dommage Le seul prétexte d’un accès à un petit spa ne justifie pas ce montant et des clients comme nous ne souhaitent sûrement que ce rafraîchir et se poser sur un relax. À bon entendeur !

Die Freundlichkeit beim Ankommen nicht so schön. Am Abend fand im Nachbargebäude eine Party statt bis 2 Uhr morgens. Konnten nicht schlafen. Auf eine Reklamation und Hinweise in der Früh, nur ein kleines Sorry. Sonst nichts. Geht gar nicht, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unprofessionalität des Hotels und Schulung der Mitarbeiter/innen. Auch werden schöne Bilder vom Spa gezeigt, wirklich sehr schön. Aber kostet extra – zu teuer. Wir haben uns einfach unwohl gefühlt im Hotel. Sehr freundlich, das Reinigungsservice und Facility.
