Description
Beautiful new chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels, pine and larch, with slate roof, which can accommodate up to 14 people.
7 rooms for 2 people, 2 with double bed, 3 bathrooms, sauna, living room with kitchen, ski / shoes, laundry, large south facing terrace and large balconies.
Parking near the chalet. Land 1000 m2.
Chopicalqui, which takes its name from one of the highest peaks of the Cordillera Blanca in the Peruvian Andes, was built and decorated by a family of mountain lovers.

Equipment
Inside: laundry room with washer and dryer, sauna, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, living room with flat screen TV and wood stove.
Outside: Private parking, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Situation
Chopicalqui is approx. 2. 5 kms from the center of Haute-Nendaz, near the village of Saclentse and halfway between the resort of Haute-Nendaz and Siviez heart of the 4 Valleys ski area.
The cottage is located in a gated community with a private road. In winter the road is cleared by snow plow. Access requires appropriate equipment (snow tires, chains, etc.). In summer close to walks along the irrigation channels.
Magnificent views of the valleys of the Rhone and the Printze and the Bernese Alps. Absolute calm.

Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Sauna wurde rege benutzt. Der Ofen im Wohnraum trug zu einer sehr gemĆ¼tlichen AtmosphƤre am Abend bei. Wir schƤtzten auch den grossen Balkon mit schƶner Aussicht. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war in sehr sauberen Zustand.

Das Chalet ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafĆ¼r in toller Lage mit genialem Ausblick. Wir waren mit unserer Skigruppe fĆ¼r 4 NƤchte dort und haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Die Ausstattung war prima, das Chalet gerƤumig und auch die Schlafzimmer perfekt. Die Abwicklung mit der freundlichen Vermieterin und er Agentur war absolut problemlos. 5 Sterne fĆ¼r einen perfekten Aufenthalt *****

Schƶnes Objekt etwas ausserhalb von Nendaz. FĆ¼r uns (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kids) perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Lage. Ausserdem der Fakt, dass wir erst 2 Stunden zu spƤt ins Objekt konnten, da die Putzcrew sich verspƤtet hat, kann mal passierenā€¦.

Le chalet remplit toutes les cases pour passer un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour. Il faut savoir cependant quā€™il est situĆ© loin des remontĆ©es mĆ©caniques et quā€™il faut impĆ©rativement un vĆ©hicule pour aller skier. Ce qui peut reprĆ©senter un obstacle en cas de neige abondante ou verglas. En effet pour y accĆ©der quelques lacets et cĆ“tes sont Ć  franchir.

Magnifique semaine de ski!
Nous avons passĆ© une excellente semaine de ski dans ce chalet trĆØs agrĆ©ables, bien dĆ©corĆ© et agencĆ©, et parfait pour notre petit groupe d'amis (13 personnes). Great Chalet
