Pedro Carlos House

House apartment of 60 mtrs of recent construction, very bright, located in the center of the town in a quiet area for rest and yet 300 mtrs from the famous Balcon de Europa and also close to the beaches. It has a double room (2 beds), living room with a balcony-terrace (shared with the bedroom), TV with international channels, wi-fi, parquet floors, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, open kitchen with combi fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and equipped with everything you need. It also has a dressing room, safe, bathroom covered with travertine marble with hydromassage cabin and electric towel rail. Going up another section we find the laundry area and the roof terrace (just as large as the house because it occupies the entire roof) with dining room, solarium, fountain, barbecue and fridge. From the terrace you can see the sea and the mountain. A treat! There are stairs both to access the apartment from the street and to go up to the terrace.

Fabulous apartment in a great location
We loved our trip to stay at Pedro’s apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The roof terrace is beautiful with views of the sea and although you are in the centro part of town it is very quiet and peaceful. We love Nerja and this is a great find. We would love to stay again. The location of this apartment is fantastic, very central for the Balcon, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself has everything you would need, the roof top terrace is wonderful, and Pedro the host is very accommodating and responsive to any possible queries. The apartment is ideal for two people to stay in Nerja.It is well equipped and the roof terrace is a sun trap with distant views of the mountains and sea. There is also a useful shaded area. The location is great , easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Pedro is an excellent host.

The property is in an ideal location to explore Nerja and beyond, with the bus station being nearby. Many excellent bars and restaurants are within a short walk, as is a small supermarket and other shops. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet street. The roof terrace is great for a spot of sunbathing with sun loungers/parasol. Pedro, the owner, was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the property prior to booking, and accomodated our earlier arrival time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Cozy, clean apartment in the centre of Nerja. Beautiful roof terrace with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed the amazing shower! Pedro was the perfect host and we are already looking forward to returning next year!

The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.

Fabulous Holiday
We loved our stay at Pedro's apartment, Pedro was there to greet us. We loved the apartment, it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the the rooftop & watched the world go by on the small balcony off the living room. There was plenty of glasses & crockery if you wanted to eat in. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of storage space for clothes & hangers which was a plus. The shower was lovely, especially being able to have music on at the same time. The apartment is on the doorstep to all the bars & restaurants & bus station, but it is still peaceful. We would definitely stay at Pedro's apartment again, Pedro was the perfect host. Can't wait to come back😁

Perfect in every way
So enjoyed our holiday break at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro is a very charming and thoughtful host. Apartment is perfectly situated and only a few minutes to the restaurants/beach/ Balcon de Europe. Absolute Perfection!!
This property was absolute perfection and exceeded our expectations! It was just perfect for my wife and I as we explored Nerja and the surrounding area. It is very comfortable and felt like we were living in the community. The restaurants, Balcon De Europa, supermarket are all within easy walking distance. Pedro Carlos was an excellent host! We spent quite a bit of time up on the terrace where we could see the sea and the mountains. A couple of afternoons we had some wine, olives and cheese from the market up on the terrace. Just absolutely beautiful! We also sat out on the balcony in the morning to soak up the local culture as Nerja began its day. We are very grateful to Pedro Carlos for opening up his home to us and we will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. Pedro, my thanks to you again!!

Perfect town house in great location
Really lovely house, with great roof terrace and great location. Well equipped kitchen, bbq on roof terrace and also separate roof top clothes drying area. Parking available nearby in Parking Carabeo, less than 5 minute walk away. Host Pedro is friendly, helpful and we can really recommend this property.

My wife and I were welcomed by Pedro the owner of the property, in a very professional manor. He showed us around the property, explaining every aspect. The property is fantastic and well looked after. Pedro lives next door, and explained that is door was open at any time if there were any problems, of which there were none. Nicely presented and in the heart of Nerja but was let down by 1 Electricity tripping off when cooking ( spent 30 minutes looking for fuse box to continue meal) 2 TV cable pulled out of router and did not work 3 Bedroom has two single beds and is small 4 Stairs to roof terrace is open on one side - possibly not legal and certainly dangerous for small children or someone unsteady on feet 5 Every night except one we were awoken by the rubbish collection vehicle getting around a tight corner which involves a lot of shouted instructions to the driver

A tasteful authentic piece of Spain
We have visited Nerja on many occasions and this time chose to stay in the centre. The apartment is situated in an authentic townhouse style building. The owner Pedro Carlos lives next door and met us on our arrival. Having previously lived in the property the place had a lovely 'personal' feel. The decor was of the highest quality and there were some beautiful paintings and sculptures adding to the tasteful feel. The rooftop terrace was the jewel in the crown! Even in January we had the pleasure of laying on the terrace all day. There is an outdoor style kitchen and very comfortable loungers. The best bars and restauarants (the apartment is situated in the better part of town) are seconds away and yet the property was extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to return to Pedro's property. It had everything we wanted coupled with real Spanish charm and Pedro was an exemplary host. 5*'s all round!

Wonderful location
Pedro's house is easy to find and situated just on the edge of the pedestrian zone within a short distance of some great local tapas bars and shops and also close to Nerja centre with its bars, beaches and The Balcon De Europe. Pedro is a very friendly and helpful host and is very accommodating. The appartment is beautifully clean and modern with a super little veranda to enjoy a drink or two off the living room. Upstairs the large terrace has views to the mountains and over the rooftops to the sea. Even in October there was sun till 7.00 at night. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this super apartment in a super location

Great location. 100 meters from town centre and in a lovely neighbourhood. Nice little terrace off the living room and a huge private terrace on the roof. Recently reappointed. Owner lives next door and very helpful. A lovely man. Would recommend to anyone.
