Villa tastefully decorated & freshly renovated (2016).
East, South and West exposure, so very bright in the center of the resort. Ideal location!

3 bathrooms (1 with bath & shower, 2 with showers), 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate.
4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bunk beds (140x190 downstairs and single 90x190 upstairs), 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 (separable into 80x200), one bedroom with 2 single beds 200x90 (which can be pushed together to make a large one bed)
Electric shutters and blackout, double phonic glazing.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, traditional oven, city gas hob.
Fireplace / wood stove with a batch of logs provided. Central heating and instantaneous hot water production from city gas, 3 towel dryers.

La maison est extrêmement bien placée. Les équipements sont très complets pour une famille nombreuse . En revanche l'entretien notamment de la véranda et du jardin laissent à désirer . Aucun état des lieux à l'arrivée comme au départ .

Séjour agréable mais logement qui manque d’entretien
Le logement est globalement agréable et bien placé mais il manque d’entretien. Cuisine, salles de bains et linge de maison mériteraient un rafraîchissement ou un remplacement. Un demi réfrigérateur et un demi lave vaisselle ne sont pas suffisants pour la capacité du logement. La literie était confortable et les chambres agréables. La communication a l’arrivée était correcte mais pas top au départ notamment sur l’horaire de remise des clefs.

Petite maison idéalement située, sur une place, au cœur du village. A 2 pas pas des commerces et de la plage. Tout correspond au descriptif au niveau des aménagements. Spacieuse et accessible avec des chiens. Un beau grand salon et un poêle à bois qui a rendu nos soirées particulièrement chaleureuses. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons !

Très belle expérience
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre le 25 décembre et le 1er janvier, même si pluvieuse. La literie les sanitaires sont neufs et excellents. L’accueil de la gérante et la charmante attention des propriétaires pour ce 25 décembre nous a fait très plaisir. Petit bémol sur l’état d’un fauteuil fort abîmé, le seul qui est « sur pieds ». Dommage car maman de 81 ans n’a pas pu profiter du salon sauf sur une chaise de la salle à manger. Pas idéal ni confortable pour son dos. Et les fauteuils directs sur le sol ne sont pas bons pour elle non plus ni pour mon époux qui a des soucis au dos. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le poêle à bois. Il fait très bon dans votre maison et l’espace est fantastique et bien pensé. Je souhaite revenir chez vous à Hardelot que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Merci. Bonne année à votre famille. Aurélie.
