Our newly renovated apartment in the North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel offers you the cozy little luxury you need for a few days by the sea!
Small but nice! On 22 square meters everything is necessary, so that 1-2 people can enjoy the peace and quiet on the North Sea coast.
The view from the window shows the direct path to the beach. Either you enjoy the view from the south balcony with a fresh coffee in the morning or a cool sundowner in the evening. Alternatively, you are 2 minutes on foot on the dike. Once up the stairs and you're right on the North Sea. Whether walking, cycling, mudflats, swimming or surfing and kiteboarding in the surf school - all possibilities are right at your doorstep. Even in bad weather, the bath is within walking distance.
If you do not want to use the numerous gastronomic offers, no problem: the fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare a romantic dinner. For a delicious coffee, there is a Nespresso machine as well as a normal filter coffee machine available.
The cozy bed is equipped with the best ever tested mattress and with 1.60 width ideal for 2 people. Of course, also includes a modern, fully equipped bathroom to the extent of the apartment. Storage space is plentiful.
The apartment has its own free parking for the entire duration of the stay. If you also want to arrive by public transport - no problem! The bus stop is about 150m from the apartment. The buses go every hour towards the train station.

The prices are inclusive of all additional costs, which come to you. Included are:
The statutory Kurabgaben i. H.v € 2.50 per person / per night. These are specified in the calculation as administration.
A linen package consisting of bed linen and towels i. H.v € 10, - per person / per stay (If you want to bring your own bed linen, no problem, then please contact us. In this case, the bedding is ready, you only need to bring bed linen and towels)
The one-time cleaning fee i. H. V. € 50, -

Das kleine Ferienapartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist super! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand mit einer tollen Strandbar. Der Hafen mit der Fähre nach Spiekeroog sowie ein Schwimmbad und ein Edeka sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage des Hauses unschlagbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet und supersauber. Genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ein Highlight war auch der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Es wurden 100te Fotos gemacht. Der Kontakt unkompliziert und schnelle - durch den Vermieter beantwortete - eMails. Alles lag bei Ankunft bereit. Und zur Begrüßung waren sogar Getränke vorhanden, sehr nett arrangiert. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder! ❤️lichen Dank!!! 😁

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser süßen kleinen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden, was Urlauber so braucht. Die Lage ist prima, direkt hinterm Deich und in Strandnähe, und trotzdem nah an der Ortsmitte. Bäcker, Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Gemütlicher und sonniger Erholungshafen in Nordseenähe
Schöne, sonnige und geschmackvolle kleine Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe auf Details (Heimathafen) in einem ruhigen Haus. Ausstattung, inkl. sanitären Anlage top. Küche inkl. Ausstattung sehr gut austaffiert (u. a. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, Teegeschirr, Kochtöpfe). Zwei Gehminuten bis zum Deich, auch der davorliegende Campingplatz bzw. die dortigen (Dauer-) Camper störte nicht um runterzu fahren und sich zu erholen ob in der Wohnung oder auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Deich. Bis zur Ortsmitte und dem historischen Hafen nur zwei Gehminuten. Tagsüber ist im Ort durch Tagesbesucher wesentlich mehr los als gegen Abends, was einem entweder mehr oder weniger liegt. Kontakt zu Vermietern war unkompliziert und einfach freundlich bis herzlich.
