Lutt Hus you enter on the south terrace. From the hallway, turn left into the shower-bath with toilet and right on a rather steep stairs to the bedrooms on the top floor. At the end of the hallway a staircase leads to the basement (washer and dryer) and straight it goes into the open living area with well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. From the kitchen you enter the north terrace for barbecues and outdoor meals. On the top floor are the bedrooms: a large double bed and look at the starry sky, one with bunk beds (children !?) and the third with two single beds under a skylight. There is a desk in a hallway. Outside invite two terraces (to the south and north) and two lawns for barbecues, games and relaxing. With the existing wagon it goes to the beach and the car can stay in the yard. The property is surrounded by fence and hedge. Lütt Hus is the ideal starting point for (biking) hiking tours along the Baltic coast with a nearby beach and steep coast or in the Feldmark and then into the East Holstein hinterland with its forests, lakes and the distinctive manors with their mansions.
